This should be a minus 1 because this organisation is a scam. Once you have registered they are very quick to get their payment. Potential clients come in on a daily basis. Picking out the interesting ones you spend your time preparing and offering a proposal itinerary. When after 2 weeks and nearly 30 proposals noone reacts you wonder why, so you send a question to Travelovin. No reply. After the second question suddenly a downpayment appears from one of your potential clients. $10.000. You are thrilled. It works. No it doesn't, because after that so-called payment nothing happens. The Travelovin organisation doesn't reply or react on anything. This is an easy moneymachine for them. E-mails, internal questions, letters. Nothing. Don't fall for their beautiful commercials. Not true.

I didn’t really have a problem initially - I just didn’t like the platform. Troubles began when trying to cancel. There is nowhere to actually cancel your subscription. Nothing at all is responded to via email, form submission, nor Facebook. They just keep billing you. Had to get my card cancelled to make them stop. Complete scammers.
Hi A few months back I subscribed gor a month trial . I then decided it wasnt for me well before month was upI have tried everything from emails to chats to feedback page on website to unsubscribe on profile page which dosent work have had to block payments as they keep trying to take money for last 3 months.Also still getting emails from Laura Travelovin but wont reply to my texts any idea what to do next

I totally agree with the user below, Mazin, that has been frustrated because of non-responsive customer support. At first, I was billed from Lithuania to my credit card, and after that when i tried to see settings of my account I realized there is no way to unsubscribe. I have written then numerous times in the past 2 months and no reply. I have asked my account to be deleted. I can not work with non-reliable company.
