I had originally signed up for a 7 day trial, the flights did not align with my needs at the time. I went to cancel and was offered a 30 day extension at no cost. When the 30 days ended still had not used it, they charged my card. I reached out to request a refund due to the fact I had not used it and wasn't planning on using it. Their customer service was not friendly nor helpful. They essentially sent me a list of exactly what indicated the above and refused a refund. You're better off looking for flights through any other venue that doesn't charge you. **Edit: I have seen the response below and have screenshots of the emails I received from Triips. Not a single one is a payment reminder. They are all ‘flight specials of the week’. Anyone interested in seeing these screenshots which include my entire set of inboxes in Gmail - spam, trash, promotions, social, and general- I would be happy to send over. So not only an unpleasant customer experience, but I am now being told on a public thread there are 3 reminders I’ve never received. Interesting this wasn’t included nor mentioned in the email they sent me refusing a refund for service I did not utilize.**

This company openly admits to not sending reminder emails to customers on their free trial so that it would catch people off guard and thus be unintentionally charged for their services. Update: they replied to mine and other reviews stating they send reminder emails. They do not. I do not have them blocked since I get their other emails about flight offers. Their staff in an email chain stated that they don’t send email reminders and so users may be caught off guard by their charges when trial ends which clearly reflect in the staggering number of negative comments.

The worst company, DO NOT sign up for Triips. They have everything there to charge you £59 once your free trial ends and takes your money straight away without any email/comms. Won't issue a refund regardless of using the site or not. Absolute joke.

They stole me 65 euros. I sign up a free trial which i never opened the app to use once. Then i went to cancel the free trial and the website was very bad and bugging and it didn’t go through i only realized it didn’t cancel when i saw the charge. I contacted then right the way after i was able to cancel after the charge but they said they won’t give my money back. Shame.

Absolute scam don't use them!! You will not be able to cancel your subscription, they force you to make a positive review without even getting your flight details or anything

this company will email you your leave 5* reviews even if you haven’t booked a flight through them. they’re a scam and unethical. they also will force you into a year long subscription and not allow you to cancel any free trial.

Triips is a SCAM!!! Their ads are completely false. They will charge you $70/month even with an attempt to cancel. It is a SCAM!!!!!! There is nothing available. DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT!!
