Truconnect does have its good points....they do have a very good team of support specialists at work and they do have a great network of people but the security desks do need work and they do need more data givin out for the govt lifeline project.. there are definitely good developers who created the app and did a fantastic job on it that is one fact.

I wish this company would help me out but even or not if not a bad company I could refer people but I would have to warn them and let him know about the company and what they can't can't do with the company but I wish they could do more I'm not happy and I wish I can be happy with this moment right now it's only happy thing I am right now is I'm able to afford a little bit of money to keep my phone off but I'm not happy that they can't change the due date or anything else that I'm not happy about but at least I got my phone on it and I keep my phone number for now but they're not sharing helpful like I was hoping that that's why rain is the lowest because I am not happy thank you bye.

I was led to believe there was 20Gb of data. used my allowed data in a day. Phone is outdated model. Customer service agent was rude and pushy.

Absolutely horrible. They deactivated my number without ANY communication and I had to find out by not being able to login with 2factor. They have my email on file and never sent anything. They will give me no reason. Please do not use this horrible, disgusting, fraudulent service.

This company has never satisfied any of the problems I've had to say in their favor as long as you don't have to call customer service then the network works great but if you have a problem enough to call interest customer lack service lack thereof service should I say I've never experienced the time than they've satisfy any of my grievances and that's just the guys I'm not adding anything or taking anything away from me I don't know where their call center is but it seems like I get the same person every single time I call in I've never been so frustrated with the company I don't write reviews this one was worth me riding in about thank you

Some of the apps wouldn't work when I transfered them from my old phone. Other than that it's been fine

I have been having an issue with a different carrier taking double the amount of money i am supposed to be billed. I've dealt with this for a year now and they still owe me money...TruConnect has been fair and does ever they promise for little to no cost out of my pocket...

I don't trust the service because it seems like the data is being used up very fast and I'm using a Wi-Fi connection most of the time so my data should not be getting taken away and there is lawsuits already against them

The lady that helped me to reapply for my phone was very nice and especially she knew exactly what she was doing. Forgot her name but it was by the La Gloria Market & Greyhound station. My phone has been working great I really like what TruConnect is doing for the community & for those that at the time are struggling to buy a phone not everyone has it like that.
