Added name wrong? False representation with device , unable to transfer old number. Told misinformation about service with life line. No Regret with wanting to cancel service can't get esim or new one lost now no phone usesge.

The phone i was sent does not hold a charge and dies within an hour of being charged. The phone will not connect so i cannot even use it and says no service

This company is garbage
This company is garbage. Once again I get a text saying I switch my plan to another company. This is not true!!! I have never called the national verifier and I've never tried to switch my phone service. I don't know why they keep doing this. Other then they prolly get money from the government when they resign me up for a new plan. Which isn't the plan that they offered when I signed up in the first place. It happens 3 weeks to just about the end of the second month. I'm so tired of getting another number and switching all my accounts to the new number only to have to do it again. The cloud phone they give you is the absolute worst phone I've ever used. It just shuts down randomly. Then you can't sign on to any wifi networks. The phone OS needs some serious work done. I've gone in and switch to a much better stable version of Android but I don't suggest you do this unless your familiar with Linux. It can make it so you ruin the phone and can't use it. I really wish this company would work and I didn't have to deal with the headache. I want an honest company that gives you a decent phone that works So you say to call you or you'll get a hold of me. I'm really wondering how tho because I can't make phone calls or send texts. Dispite saying I have 24 hours my service stopped at 8:24 am 1/27/2026. So yeah email me my email is associated with my account Now I can't get anything wth!!!

I’m upset because I was told that I was going to receive a iPhone 11 or higher and I didn’t.
