RECEIVING A NEW DEVICE VIA BOOTH CUSTOMER CARE Representatives IN SAN FRANCISCO
The customer care reps at a booth were very helpful, patient & knowledgeable while I had to cancel my previous service to obtain a new phone, as I'd kept my last one the Cloud 8 stratus I believe; for over a year. Therefore in order to be able to receive the new device I had to call & cancel my previous account and it all went fine & I was able to receive a new Atria phone that unfortunately seems quite a lot more archaic in feature quality, however I will just have to save money to buy a nicer one. I still am very grateful for your services and kind customer service reps!

Trueconnect is a wonderful company they don't give you a lot of free data only 6 gigs but you can buy data at seven eleven stores
From $5.00 and up the calls are 100% free and you can call Switzerland and other countries and customer service is out standing in my thoughts the best choice

They disconnected me within a year claiming that I have 2 providers When I contacted Lifeline, they denied it and cleared me. When I contacted Lifeline after the 2nd disconnection, THEY SAID THEY HAVE NO RECORDS ON ME. You also cannot understand Truconnect's service reps because they don't speak English well when you try to call them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO GET PHONE SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY,

I'm greatful for the free service but it seems like my 6 GB go very fast and after they are gone the internet is super slow so I have to BUY 10 additional GB
