IThey said my SIM card was coming on the 24th .l never received anything. I don't anyone want any one to go through what they pulled. They don't live up to the own promises . Whatever you do don't use them

I have an ability to keep updated on my professional obligations and I get to spend time with family. That was made possible by TruConnect and it's partners. The only downside, sometimes my calls drop, or the person I call can't hear me clearly if I have the call on speaker. But I typically get good service wherever I go, which is helpful because I move around a lot during the day.

There was some kind of error with my account. I didn't get a new phone or a free line. An employee of this company said on the phone that I won't get anything and that's my problem. The call center employee has a terrible accent and I just didn't understand half of what she was saying. A disgusting company that is covered by charity! I strongly do not recommend it!

The young lady that helped me with the application was really patient with everything I came from out of town and I was super busy but she helped a lot with making the decision on which one to go with I like that. And it was much needed
