They got me a phone that works an the phone has a screen protector an it has done a wonderful job protecting my screen I normally don't drop my phone but recently I did just that an onto a bunch of small rock to boot the protector is in bad shape but the screen beneath is perfectly fine

A man came to my door saying he was from true connect and we disconnected the phone I had so I could sign up with him and get a free tablet he said he had to get it out of car and would return but he never returned and I text the number he gave me and no reply so now I’m out of a phone and a tablet.
