First I bought a phone from this horrible co. Sent emails letting them know that this phone was not working correctly and I was not happy with it. That I wanted a replacement. It's slower then any phone I have ever had. Everything has to buffer before you can watch it. When you take photos they come out blurry and distorted looking. it don't matter what you do to correct it. Now it's been a while dealing with this phone with no response in any way from this co. and today im at the end of my ropes with this unprofessional rip off co. Second-there were several months after I stopped door dashing they started hitting me with i had to pay for more data first month I needed $5 the next month $10 and then I was paying for data time and not getting any data time for the money I spent I believe it was $10 another $10 last another $20.. the point was I wasn't using the phone for doordash anymore I was barely using phone I went and bought another phone because this one sucks so much and even though I sent them numerous emails in reference to not getting the date i paid for again no responsible from this company so do yourself a favor if their add pops up and you deal with these idiots , remember I warned ya. They are a shady co.

Never received anything at all, tried to contact and let someone know but never received anything back. Needed a phone and Sim card but no communication was established.

I have TruConnect for a week now and the service has been great. I have no complaints on the phone or plan especially since it was free through the California lifeline program. I am pleased with service so far, definitely recommend.

TruConnect made my experience today unbelievably one of the greatest experiences I've had for a long time. They are very good at what they do.They were able to confirm things that I already knew. And for that reason without a doubt I believe that they are very trust worthy.

I have had a HORRIBLE experience with TruConnect. They are the most unprofessional company I've ever attempted to do business with. They sold me two phones that were defective. I literally spent hours trying to get the phones working, I finally returned both phones and asked for a refund. I never heard anything from them. I just called and they said I didn't return in 30 days so NO refund. They are SCAMMERSI"M out $200. I could cry. Tru Connect know exactly what they have done wrong. I've never left such a negative review but my hope is they don't get away with treating other people like garbage. I reached out to them by email and telephone at least 20 times beginning when I I received the phones and I realized they did not work. We went round and round where they acted concerned but literally days passed and I was without phone service. I am under Hospice care and could not communicate with my Healthcare team. It caused so many problems for me. I finally returned the phones via USPS and tracking confirms they were received. I asked for a refund and they will not issue one. They sold me junk and got away with it, I've NEVER met such arrogant people in my life. They were so rude and simply refuse to treat me right, I hope noone else has to go through this. I wasted literally days trying to get assistance. I do believe they are scammers. They never had any intention of being fair and doing the right thing. Worst experience I've ever encountered.

I received my phone in the mail yesterday. Everything was great with the phone look good all of that. Turned it on tried to make a phone call and absolutely no service. I went into town and there was service, but does not work where I live. I really wish they would have told me that there was issues with their service out here
