I have a number from you 949-814-7003 that I want to keep. I got angry because I aske for help from you and received nothing. I was hospitalized for two years and used my speaker due to the fact your headhone was not working. I switched but receaived a realy crappy phone. I want to return to you and keep the number a couple doctors, nurses and clinics use. the number I have now is 657-334-2237please give me back 949-814-7003

My experience with your company is great but one thing only the phone I'm on right now is sooo bad , I really want to go to SafeLink instead better phones, and way more data , phone service is not spotty and phone does not suck up data like this phone does . 1.Moving to TruConnect was easy 2. Moving my number was easy 3. Voice calls are good 4. txt sometimes get not delivered and take long time to deliver them 5. Phone is really bad. Even my 4y old phone performs way better than your new phone. Too much bloatware
