I have paid these people monthly since 2017. Never filed a single claim. Finally filed one, but my address had changed since I signed my cat up. I moved a mile down the street, but my zip code had changed. When I reached out to change my address with them (you can't do it online, because they want to be able to run this specific scam), I was informed that my monthly fee would now be doubled. DOUBLED. I moved DOWN THE STREET. Also my invoice was for less than my deductible so they're not paying anything out anyway. How on earth can they DOUBLE my monthly rate because I moved a MILE down the street? How can they justify this? This is a scam. Horrible people, horrible business. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I’m so satisfied with trupanion you guys are the best, I was out of state my baby got sick I called the office and explained that I had the insurance and I was out of state and I didn’t know what to do and the receptionist was very helpful. Very understanding and caring. She told me what vets in my area that I was at would take Trupanion and lead me in the right direction I went there and they took very good care of my pet and with in minutes after the appointment and everything was done the Vet submitted the bill to Trupanion and literally within five minutes Trupanion had taken care of their part of the bill. I didn’t have to do anything but pay my part and Trupanion took over and I am very very happy with their services. I will definitely be telling my family and friends about them. Trupanion save this old lady from a heart attack because that’s what I would’ve had. If I couldn’t have gotten the medical done for my baby thank you so much.

Trupanion has been good to us and our pet . However , do not be fooled by the claim that the premiums do not increase as the dog ages or amount of claims submitted . My bill has increased 147% over a 7 year span. They also say it’s driven by the cost to treat your breed in the area. However I’ve had my dog in several vets throughout the country . Not one specific vet .

My Vet’s office accepts Trupanion and that makes it so much easier. I don’t have to file any claims. It’s all done at the time of service by the Vet’s office. My local specialty Veterinary Hospital also accepts Trupanion. So very easy to work with. I highly recommend Trupanion!

My dog got a urinary infection. It was scary. She spend a week behaving differently and urinating constantly. She was uncomfortable and nervous. She is a 6 month old puppy. The veterinarian was amazing. Tks.
