I paid $599 for a trust from Trust & Will and it was a terrible experience. Over the past few months, I tried repeatedly to speak with a human representative to understand their service, but never could. The documents feel unreliable, and there is zero customer support. Trust & Will's does a very good job streamlining the process to create documents quickly. Their platform is very easy to navigate. They also have amazing customer service.
The one issue I ran into was with getting my documents notarized. I live in New York and there are more constraints with getting documents notarized. When I brought this up to their customer service rep, they immediately discussed making changes so that they could provide recommendations for NYS residents in the future.

I wanted to look at what was offered and saw a little and decided no-way. I then asked for my email to be deleted. Initially they tried to say they could not delete until had all my private into- we all know that's fraud! So someone finally said Yes, we can delete you email in 35 days, so then they constantly email asking if I'm sure? About ready to go to the BBB and file a complaint. Then they flood you with advertisements during this time. Hey people there is nothing in Hollywood or down south CA any more but ICE wars. This Service is a rip -off BEWARE!!! Additionally thee is no experience needed to start this business so anyone can do this. Be careful who you are entrusting all your information & assets to especially an online nobody.

We just ask for a couple of pieces of information to verify your identity to ensure that you are the owner of the account, not someone else attempting to delete information or documents that you have spent time creating. It does take some time for the team to complete a deletion request, but we provide a larger estimated time window than it typically takes just to be prepared.
Estate planning is important, and our Members often tell us how relieved and at peace they feel once the process is done. Our email marketing is one way we try to gently nudge people toward completing their estate plans. If our emails are getting to be a bit much, you can always unsubscribe from our mailing list at the bottom of the emails or by sending us a quick message!
Lastly, we can assure you that our documents were created by attorneys and are state-specific. So the documents that you receive from us will be highly similar to the documents that an attorney would draw up for you. We go to great lengths to ensure that all information is secured and protected, and we use bank-level security to ensure that your information is safe.
