I had a very glitchy experience trying to get my headshots. I had submitted 12 photos and had waited over 30 minutes for my headshots to load so I refreshed my page and saw not all the photos I had submitted were used for my photos after uploading and cropping 12 photos. I reached out for a refund since my headshots cane out very bad and the customer service person Anna was extremely rude and condescending it was shocking. Implying I couldn't afford it or something and was making it uo to get a refund. I would have been fine with no refund it she really couldn't verify the technological issues but the way she handled the situation was very poor and rude.
The photos came out good and even when something went wrong, the service was excellent.
Loved it. Great headshots, although in one my hand was distorted which I realize they would have fixed for free but the other ones were great so it didn't matter. Like the variety and speed. Value for money for sure. Website could use some more user friendly tweaks. Ex words instead of icons on side menu, I had a hard time finding my project. Overall great.

Was the second photo shoot that I did, both about year apart. From both shootings, only one picture matched my real face, which was all I needed, but maybe not the best yield for the increased price.

I’m really thankful to have received free headshots through my Global Career Accelerator experience. It allowed me to test out this unique and helpful tool. They say to give all sorts of photos from headshots to body shots, but I just kept it to my shoulders and head and it worked just fine. Only had 10 photos, but I found 4 that were very nice! Scary how realistic the photos can be! But it makes it easier for people like me who don’t take pictures often or don’t want to take the time to dress up and take a photo or try to remember to take photos when I’m already dressed up.

Hi Ankita, I'm so sorry to hear that! The reason you're being nudged to use the Creative Studio is not because we want to extract more money from you. It's because that's the service we thought you needed - bespoke image generations! Instead of asking us to make these for you by hand... The reason you didn't get varied poses our outfits is because you only chose one style. I fixed it for you by resetting the photoshoot to include many more styles, and I can see you downloaded all 20 images, which is fantastic!
