the tuff stuff team was really helpful and friendly. the tent was sent within 3 business days as promised. as soon as we realized the shipper had lost the tent they immediately sent out a new one. when problems emerged again with forward air they got on it right away. someone stayed on hold for me all afternoon one day. great service, great team! thank you.

Tents are reasonable cheap and well built, using great materials. I had mine for a month and I have been using it daily because I am on a road trip and, zero problems! Shipping was free and fast! Customer service excellent!! I would recommend to buy from them!

I purchased my roof rack based on the weight requirements in the listing for the tent I bought. There were no other dimensions or requirements listed telling the customer that I needed an aftermarket rack. There were no details listing how narrow the crossbars would need to be. When I got my tent and realized that I wouldn’t be able to use it with the equipment that I had, I reached out for more info and after having to reach out twice for help, I was told “it’s pretty easy to cut your own” Terrible service and I have not been able to use my tent yet. I was so excited to post photos with a great review as many others have, but I am so disappointed.

Bought the wrangler Jerry can mounts for the back bumper. 1. Some of the U rings it came with didn’t match up to the holes to mount the arms. The ones that did were too short so the bolts would go on. Went to a local hardware store and bought Longer U rings and was at least able to mount them. Disappointed how far out this holds the Jerry cans. Should be more snug towards the spare tire.
Without getting too into the weeds, I was sent a damaged tent. With it being right at the holidays and living alone it took me a few weeks to get it opened so I could see it, and a couple more weeks after that to get it mounted and opened again so pictures could be taken. At this point I was met with snarky emails from “Wea Sabado” regarding the delay in reporting, though they did eventually offer to send replacement fabric for free (versus the $300 they initially tried to charge me). After more snarky **** from Wea I asked for someone else to talk to besides them, and I was given the customer service manager Charlie’s number. After numerous calls and messages it’s been 2 months and still no word, and more continues to break on the tent with no contact from any of their customer service and social media employees. At this point I’m $1,000 into a tent that doesn’t have a mosquito net or weather cover, and at this rate I expect more to break soon. Incredibly disappointed in this company and I highly advise buying from literally anywhere else.
They kept me updated on the shipping status. The tent was very well packaged. The product is exactly as advertised and is amazing! Great price great product, 100% recommend.
So I absolutely love the set up. It's quick, easy, very well built. I only had two issues being the annex room front door has a footlong cut in it, and I was missing the attachable mounting cross bars
Service was great they kept me in the loop and were very responsive when I reached out to them. Tent was back ordered due to demand and it came in a timely manner and everyone was very helpful. Tent is great quality. A little smaller than I was expecting but big enough. Easy to install just have an extra person handy. Well put together. Great buy!
Product is good. Shipping was a joke. Ordered the first week of January knowing it would ship mid March. Well, after 5 different delays, I didn’t get it until mid May. 5 months. So if you buy it, buy it during the off season and don’t expect to use it for at least 5 months. My friend had an identical issue. Such a pain.

I have never been treated with such disrespect by any company and their customer service before. I have been waiting almost 2 months for a return check and have been nothing but patient and kind. To be told by Dorothy that it is my fault as to where their company is lacking in the ability to communicate. I got nothing but excuses and blamed personally for why my check hasn’t made it to me. I would never recommend this company to anyone or buy from this company again. I am extremely frustrated and beyond upset with the way that I have been treated and I’m still waiting for my full refund that I was supposed to have gotten the first week of April.
Love the tent. Works great for what we wanted. Only bad thing about it is the mattress pad. It’s horrible. Other than that it would have got 5 stars.
We love our Ranger tent!! Our tent was delayed in its arrival due to everything being held up in shipping (no fault of Tuff Stuff) but the Tuff Stuff sales team was always very patient and pleasant to speak to when I would call to check the shipping status of our tent. We used it the first weekend after we got it and it performed flawlessly. It is very simple to install, my wife and I were able to do it in about an hour and half. Ours sits on a custom built rack on a utility trailer. We are trying to find every excuse to get our family out and use it. For reference our Ranger tent sleeps two adults and a toddler very comfortably. Thanks for a great product!
Ordered an Alpha II RTT direct from Tuff Stuff on line and was impressed with how easy it was. Although I waited along time for the order to be delivered due to shipping delays at the port, they were good about keeping me informed of the status through emails and even on the phone.
