Great service and communication
The staff at Tuff Stuff communicated really well with us prior to delivery and when we needed a replacement part.

What people say
Amazing customer service, friendliest people
I've had a couple issues but when I've notified the company they've gone so much further than necessary to make it right, even on the things where it's been a simple "Hey, just have the warehouse keep an eye on this". Always excellent service, will always be a repeat customer
Won’t give me back my refund so I have to dispute!
Can not communicate with my very late delay item in which I have to cancel but they lie to me over and over and over. I do not recommend this company!
Everything is perfect
Everything is perfect! I spent a few months researching RTT's and finally came across the Trailhead. It showed up on time, as soon as I got it, it was an easy install 123. The first night I slept in the driveway just to test, it was comfortable and nice, it really has so much room. I'm a big guy 6'5" 250lbs. I can't wait for the first camping trip, I'm gonna be stylish and comfortable.

This Tent has been so fun and built to last!
Great tent, horrible wait time
I ordered the tent cover in February, I didnt actually receive the tent cover until early May. So I wasn't able to use it before the temperature started getting better. Quality of the product is great.
So far the tent looks fabulous
So far the tent looks fabulous! Very thought out, comfy looking but will be enjoying a booze induced effort this upcoming weekend, wish me luck!
Bought the Alpha II
Bought the Alpha II. It seems well built, nice quality, functions well. Is a little smaller than what we're expecting but it'll be just fine. Decided to buy the annex also for more room. Materials are heavy and nice, but overall setup of the annex is poor in my opinion. I think there should be more tent poles redesigned (only uses 2) to keep the annex more upright and stable. Most of the weight bares from the tent itself. Which definitely puts more strain on the rainfly poles. Hopefully it does well on our first trip. Ide give the tent 5 stars, annex 3. So overall average at 4
Fast service
Fast service - like, crazy fast! Ordered a set of tire deflators and a tire repair kit, they shipped quick and I received them in just a couple days. Awesome service!
Fast delivery good quality.
Charge for product way too early
The service was great. The only issue was they charged you 2-3 months before receiving the product. You then will have to pay interest on something you don’t even have. Many companies that I have dealt with will only charge you when they are ready to ship the product out.

Absolutely awesome company with really awesome customer service. I had to reach out to them about something and they took care of it ten fold!!!! Their products are great and they truly stand behind them.
Good Customer Service!
I was very pleased with Tuff Stuff Overland. They were upfront with some expected delays at time of purchase. They kept me informed of shipment status through the process. When my tent arrived damaged by carrier, I was able to speak with representative on phone and they started the replacement process immediately! I received my replacement via a different carrier about a week later in time for a already planned trip!! I cant wait to try the tent out!

The alpha-2 is an amazing tent and it’s backed up by great customer service with tough staff. They were absolutely outstanding when there was a small matter of brackets and was able to respond and fix the matter quickly. They clearly care about what they do and want people to enjoy their products!

I am giving 4 stars as I haven’t really used the tent just yet but the process of ordering and getting updates about the delivery were great. Also, everything I needed to mount it to my bed rack was included and fit as expected. I am excited to get out of the concrete jungle and put the Alpha II to the test.
Great quality and experience!
Really pleased with the tent and the entire experience. Tuff Stuff was upfront about setting expectations for delivery and even delivered early. The tent is so easy to use and I highly recommend it.
No Complaints on product or quality
No Complaints on product or quality. Holding up well during drives. I did mount the L brackets with galvanized carriage bolts that fit it the Jeep OEM roof rack channel better. I wouldn’t buy this anywhere else then factory direct. Some Amazon reviews seem to have have knock off fake copies being sold through them. Buy only from factory website
Love it
After we finally recieved our tent, we were amazed by the quality of the tent. There is one spot that has a hole on the fabric but the patch that came with the kit sealed it right up. Overall we love our RTT Alpha 2.
