Very happy with my orders
I have ordered blinds and sample swatches several times. Always shows up on time and exactly as pictured.
Swatch order was very helpful
I had written an earlier review, which I am now editing. I ordered swatches and then ordered valances. I received numerous emails to rate my experience. I mistakenly thought it was for the valances, which I had not yet received. I now understand it was for the swatch order. The swatches are great and really helped us narrow down our choice!

The curtains are exactly what I wanted…
The curtains are exactly what I wanted and the colors are just perfect. I also ordered a roller shade and it was super easy to hang.
Only one panel needed!
I just needed one panel for an industrial condo closet door. It turned out beautiful and custom fits an opening that would have been impossible to find in a store. It was a great experience, and I received my drapery panel in less than two weeks!
Fabric drape is bad
Fabric drape and weight looked different in product pictures. Got a sheer fabric and despite pleating and getting extra curtain width the overall look is not great. Curtains online looked like the fabric had heavier drape and was less puff, also that the pleating would create more dimension and depth. Instead curtains puff out at bottom and don’t hold shape. looks cheap. Dimensions were cut well and it matched specifications, just doesn’t look that good in real life.

room darkening
The quality is good. The only issue I have it that I ordered room darkening instead of Black out. The room darkening doe not darken the room at all. It looks like the liner is Light filtering.
