Phones not answered during open hours CST. Only e-mail and agent could not give me info why my order had not shipped 2 weeks after ordering. On web site when ordering said I would have product within 3 days.When I made attempt to cancel order, it was shipped. Not how I like to do business with a company. Something is bad wrong here. Management, procedures etc…

Unit received was not the unit I ordered. Ordered a green dewalt laser and received a red dewalt laser. TT says they will refund my money once the unit is returned. They've been helpful and responded quickly. I can say I've purchased many tools from TT over the years and this is the first bad experience I've had.

Received a damaged product.
After contacting customer support and providing the requested info and a photo a new replacement was promptly shipped, a return label was sent including explicit return instructions, and return shipping was without cost!

The purchase process was quick and easy. The company takes it's time shipping and the box was almost destroyed when UPS delivered it to my door. The driver asked my wife to inspect the contents before he left. Luckily all was in the box and in workable order.
