My order was supposed to have 2 batteries but only came with one. the order was for a 20 volt router with 2 bonus batteries but one was less than the other.

First of all I ordered an item that was said to be in stock. Then was told the item was sent and I received a wrong item, not even close to what I ordered. Then when I told you it was the wrong item sent you said what I ordered was out of stock.

Order was delayed for unspecified reasons, even though they continued to advertise 5 day deliveries on orders. Item was poorly packaged. There was no damage to unit but packaging was not done professionally. Unit seems to work fine so far
