What people say

Okay for a budget

I have several Umidigi products - phones, watches, alarm clock and wireless charger. It's a mixed bag as you have some inaccuracies with the smart watch that's really just a fitness tracker. Their phones get only minor updates in the first few months and then nothing afterwards. Of you don't mind a budget phone that's not going to receive OS updates nor security patches, then go for it. That is pretty much what you get with most budget phones as well.

Nice phones but no warranty support at…

Nice phones but no warranty support at all. Contacted official support on 2nd of September, my phone Umidigi F2 microphone stopped working hardware issue and about week later stopped charging - hardware issue) . there seems to be no warranty hardware support at all for umidigi phones on official website at all(only software issues). I have contacted support on official AliExpress store, on 5th of October, did trouble shooting, and since 17th of October my messages are unread and not getting answers. Got hardware issue with F2 phone. - dead but can;t fix it within warranty period.

I hope UMIDIGI will do well...

I hope UMIDIGI will do well in smartphone market. Still I didn’t try out any UMIDIGI phone, but my sense says that it would be better than other local brands. 💙

I bought an umidigi one max

I bought an umidigi one maxabout a month ago, today it dropped onto grass, and the whole phone smashed, it was in a case too. Umidigi phones will break easily. And the screen was popping out and being weird from the first day I got it. I love the storage and the camera is okay. In conclusion I won't be buying one again.

Bad mobile bad company bad support

It's Trick 4G network not working perfectly It cuts the network constantly every 2or3 minute losing the signal network You can't make normal a Call without problem hanging or cuting the network. the Finger print sometimes not working. It is a big mistake i bought this Mobil i waste my money for nothing.

One star only...

One star only... Reason:no support from the company for my s3 pro. Last update was released in May LAST year. Thats insane. That is completely insane. Phone is ok,fast and well designed, but the software support is ZERO. I have tried on Umidigi forum, same situation. Even the administrator Bence bacsi dont want reply for my opinion. NO,dont buy from this brand if you want to keep your online life safe. Ridiculous. I dont want to write a bad review,i trusted to Umidigi,i bought the phone, but NO,dont buy Umidigi.

I bought a phone and the company hasn't…

I bought a phone and the company hasn't updated it after maybe two software updates. The phone feels slow now compared to new and I have rest of again among other tricks. Companies should at least do 3-4 years of updates. Heck, do vanilla android updates as those are free from google.
