the recent Umigi experience is bad because six weeks passed since Umidigi Store on Aliexpress promissed that my A9 pro will be shipped and nothing yet.Wrote them twice and had no response.

I did buy a umidigi a9 pro on the 11/11 sales. But they still does not send the package. I can't Tell you notjinf about the phones. But about the company they see doing it wronf with the logistic AND distribution. I Will update this when i get the phones in my hands.

Nice phone, but faulty - Shame on you Umidigi!

Nice phone (Umidigi F2) to look at, despite being faulty! Shame about Umidigi's non-existent support! Ignoring messages requesting to return under warranty, due to faulty hardware - mic intermittently stops working, fingerprint reader stopped working and mobile data intermittent - Initially confirmed by Ben in tech support under TICKET-17993 & 17955 that hardware is faulty but then referred me to Umidigi store, who fail to respond to my messages and now Ben is now also ignoring my messages too! All in all, it's been a frustrating experience all round, which is a real shame as I thought this company was better than this, especially given the 4.9 Star average reviews on TrustPilot, which I can only conclude, given my experiences and other peoples poor experiences, are otherwise generally fake!!! Check out Umidigi's forums - They are full of complaints about faulty F2 hardware, especially fingerprint issues!

Hello to everyone

Hello to everyone. I am writing here to inform the people to be careful and stay away from this company. I bought a phone the Umidigi A7 pro from alibaba on October 2020. It worked only 2 weeks. I tried to contact them through their store at alibaba but nothing. Also i contact them through their site but till now nothing. So no hope to contact or to find a solution. Just stay away from this company. Just 0 stars.

Why does this site accept reviews from…

Why does this site accept reviews from people who have not purchased nor used the product. How can they give 5 stars for the specs and marketing info? Enter the real world! If you have not owned or tested the product kindly do not rate it. What you have rated is the marketing and sales pitch. People want to read reviews from people who have used the product. They wish to learn from the experience of people who have used the product not people who think they might like the product because of the advertising.

Refusing refund like many others here.

Just like many of the users here, they have refused to replace my phone under warranty. They told me I could get it repaired and they would reimburse me, but when I told them the repair store said it would cost more than the value of the phone to fix, they stopped replying to my messages. The phone is under warranty and they are blatantly breaching australian consumer law. Ebay and Paypal are helping them get away with it with their intentionally difficult refund process. Do not buy.

Just stay away

Read all the reviews on this site and consider how many of them sound realistic and not just ads for umidigi. Just stay away. Too many accounts of customer service not honouring their warranties. I took the risk and in 10 months my phone became unusably faulty. They are replying to an alternate account I have that I sent a fake inquiry through so they are definitely receiving messages, they are literally just ignoring my messages requesting having it refunded or replaced. They are hoping I will stop messaging them. Already files a complained with ACCC but so far it seems like it's going to be impossible to get my money back.

Never buy these phones!

Bought a umidigi F2 back in February, got it a month later... BUT since day one earpiece did not work on VoIP calls... After contacting customer service i didn't get any proper help and they offered to reimburse partly after i send the phone back (i did not). I kept using a headjack meanwhile... Last month the fingerprint sensor just died suddenly and the option in the settings too! A few days later the microphone gave up... Then ... It randomly stopped ringing at times and today it stopped connecting to the internet! I had to buy a new phone in less than a year! Never buy umidigi!

Very bad experience, Umidigi A5 Pro

Bought two Umidigi A5 Pro last autumn. My wife´s one worked perfectly until it suddenly died after 13 months (= three weeks ago). After a full charge it had only worked for an hour or so, then there was a blue screen for a second or two, then it just died. We connected the charger, tried hard reset... No sign of life at all. A brick. Contacted Umidigi support, they just ignored us. The other day my Umidigi A5 Pro also suddenly went black, No matter what I tried nothing happened. However, about ten minutes later the screen was on again. So I quickly made a complete backup as I suspect it will die like my wife´s one and am now looking for a new one. Definately NOT a Umidigi!
