Purchased a device(A7 pro) all questions about it were answered within 2 days, but a few months ago it completely broke wont turn on or charge and I am being COMPLETELY ignored on every customer support email I send!

I'd say most of the reviews here are bots. Umdigi is a TERRIBLE brand. The warranty has zero value. I had a phone fail after 4 months and after contacting support and having to follow up 7 times, I was told to reflash the phone myself (which is something they say voids warranty). After pointing out that and the fact it was clearly a hardware issue, support told me to contact the seller (the official umdigi store) for a warranty claim. I had initial replies from the store telling me I could make a warranty claim but would have to send it back at my own cost. After I agree and asked for the details to send it back, they stopped responding. It has now being 3 more months with zero help, just smoke and mirrors. All I need is a mailing address for warranty claims and clearly there is no actual warranty with umdigi, they just don't want to tell you that.
Be careful, a cheap phone, cheaply made with no warranty can send up costing you more than a real brand once you have bought 2.
Umidigi is a new and good phone but the umidigi I'm using right now is really poor in performance the only I love about the phone is the camera,but the battery drains faster and sometimes my phone glitches when playing games and mostly the connection trips off and on and it tells me system UI has stopped working,sometimes it hurts....so please umidigi improve the umidigi power and bring an updated android version..
I've used umidigi for a year now and I've ordered two for my friends already through jumia Nigeria, the phone is top notch and I have no regrets majorly for being a part of umidigi, the only the I don't like is the fact that it doesn't come with ear plugs, and not having front flash.
I bought Umidigi Z2pro about 2 years ago. I was apple user but when the Z2 arrived, I fell in love with the products of Umidigi.
One point that made my review rated with 3 stars is because my phone should be supporting WiFi sharing which is unable probably phone or OS having issue. Otherwise I'm surely happy with Umidigi
Umidigi are an amazing brand when it comes down to hardware and design, I just wish the same could be said about software. I own a Power 3 and I love the device's hardware, but there are a couple of firmware issues that really let the handset down (faulty compass integration, sound quality bug). It is very hard to recommend their smartphones to the average user for this reason, but if you are willing to do some work installing a custom OS then the pricing is definitely worth it.
I haven’t use umidigi smart phone to realize the experience. I have seen their advertisement it looks amazing and eye catching to the details of their phone feature.
Very cheap phones with decent hardware. After sales support and updates though aren't really consistsnt, as they churn out new models often. You get what you pay for.
I honestly love UMIDIGI smartphones, they have this principle "quality over quantity" with their products. Especially when it comes to gadgets, they make extremely good and high end products with honest pricing and I love it! Thanks UMIDIGI, Keep up the good work.
