I have the F2 and it was a decent phone. However as it ages I keep getting more issues that keep me from getting full use of the phone. That's why a three stars rating is all I'm giving here.

I own an Umidigi Bison which i bought on boxing day. Honestly am a bit disappointed because i now have a cracked screen, just dropping it from my hand and i noticed it freezes sometimes. Apart from that the phone functions well enough Thanks
Worthless guarantee.
Phone (Z2 Pro) defective within 7 months of purchase and is currently unusable. After numerous attempts to get Umidigi to offer a repair for the phone, they have offered 20 Euros compensation. 20 Euros. I'm going to use the EU's ODR to lodge a complaint against Umidigi.

I have a umidigi a7 pro good quality but if i enhance the graphics while im in gaming .. theres a laggy to the point that i need to stop the game Camera front and back are so damn good from macro to ultra wide
The phone looks great on its own
The phone looks great on its own, sturdy, durable, functional, but the fact that the prices are too high I give 2 stars! I bought myself a Umidigi A3X and the price was affordable, now, the prices will rise, I don't think everyone can buy, but for sure, if another phone comes out and is much cheaper and better, everyone will forget about Umidigi, that after the prices will fall, when no one else will not be needed.

I find Umidigi to be an amazing brand, but
I find Umidigi to be an amazing brand but I don't think they take customer care seriously. I've left them multiple emails complaining about the over-pricing of all their devices on their official Jumia.ng store and I have never gotten a text back. I would love to purchase an A9Pro but I have to save a lot extra to afford it in Nigeria and that's unfair. (Please send a free one). I've appreciate that they do worldwide giveaways and I would like to win the BisonGT. Furthermore please confirm if we'll be getting an A9Max because Android10 just isn't new enough for a new smartphone in 2021. Their devices like I said are amazing!!!

Purchased on the right price, it is unbeatable.
Pros: Bought two Umidigi F2 on 11/11/2019. Gorgeous look, good hardware specs, 99% pure Android. Resonable photos, including at night. Not a bad phone, provided you take it for a discounted price. Downsides: Many software bugs on arrival, most of them solved within one year. Failure on earspeaker for WhatsApp calls remains until this very moment (2021). Support is very ineffective and ends too short. Do not expect more than dead-on-arrival units exchange. Do NOT expect ANY security patches after 3 months of model release or Android version updates. Will NOT GONNA HAPPEN, doesn't matter the model you purchase because Umidigi selling method is to "fire and forget". They simply release a "flagship" every month and move their work for next model two months later. This turns your phone in a 2-year life disposable unit. If you get a discounted price tag, it is a bang for the buck.

Quality products.
I have not had the opportunity to use a UMIDIGI smartphone as they are not yet available in my country (Jamaica). However I did have the opportunity to use their first gen watch UWatch. A quality product that I have been using for the last three years, a quality that I would expect of their smartphones.

i will bring back here if there's any progress to my concern regarding with my 1 month old Umidigi Bison that is now totally useless now. i will edit this. as of the moment i still waiting for their response. Please enhance your customer service for all the customer who needs assistance regarding to your product complain.
