Hate it. So slow and no updates

Faulty products, poor customer service

Faulty products. Non-existent customer service. After over 4 weeks waiting for a response, I was sent a 'ticket closed' email. UMIDIGI have not contacted/replied to me about my issue. If anyone is seriously thinking of purchasing from this company, read the reviews below. Mostly 5 star, and writing utter gibberish. I don't think UMIDIGI have a genuine positive review on this platform.

This is honest review.. I ended with umidigi, they are liars and they tried to fake refund and lied to me.. then they didnt refund me money or new phone.. they sended me phone which wasnt working.. never buy anymore

To be honest the phone is not that 'wow' type I mean it's ok u know for the daily basis use but compare to the other phones it's still lack on, especially if the phone is Samsung brand. But although great phone with reasonable price.

They manufacture great products but I was a bit disappointed by umidigi f1... Charging port is not that strong.. It can easily get broken.. Otherwise great products

The build quality of their phones is fine but don't expect any firmware support, they release updates for the first 6 months after product launch and then they stop, you won't even get security updates.

Never buy another UMIDIGI product

I purchased my first UMIDIGI phone over a year ago and almost a year to the day the main speaker failed. I purchased it through Amazon and they referred me to UMIDIGI Support. It took forever for them to get back to me to open a case for my problem. Again, long delay with no answers and then was advised that my phone was out of warranty period. I started to check out other reviews on amazon and found a few others with same speaker failure problem. I contacted UNIDIGI again and they opened another file and after several weeks came back with no solution for this problem. Will never buy another UMIDIGI product.

I bought an Umidigi smart watch

I bought an Umidigi smart watch. Arrived 8/1/21. Worked fine for 10 weeks, then battery stopped charging. Watch is effectively useless. Contacted Umidigi about issue, but have had no response after 2 weeks, despite automated reply promising one within 48 hours. I have had previous battery issues with this company's products, and will not be purchasing from them in the future.

I have the A9 and is great,battery duration at 2/3 at the end of the day,pro otions on the photocameras,can change ISO,Exposition and others,big screen,came with protection cover,latest Android os.One problem: whenyou win it Umidigi won't say nothig to the duane,won't ship it thru his usual comercial''chanels'',so like in my case you must pay 1/3 of his value to you state as duane taxes .
