Tho I love your phone body style and futures but hardly do you roll out updates for new and old models🤎 This could be a turn off for potential buyers please work on it🤎

Appallingly Company, No Support, AVOID THEM

Purchased a UMIDIGI Urun GPS sports watch directly from UMIDIGI. Within a couple of months the watch stopped linking with the app due to Bluetooth problems on the watch. UMIDIGI offer no support, they are not interested in any after service. Customer Service is a joke, the only send an automated reply stating they don't offer any support on their watches and to contact the retailer, despite numerous emails trying to contact them and telling them they were the retailer the only reply is automated advising of no support for watches. The best thing you can do is AVOID UMIDIGI, DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.

I haven't used any of the UMIDIGI products but from the reviews I have read I am more than interested in owning few of their products

In all honesty

In all honesty, until today, I had never heard of such a brand or its products. I have visited their site and I liked what I saw. Unfortunately, in my region, their products are not found so my review is just based on pictures and not an actual device experience.

My personal opinion

To be honest, I will not say it's a best phone compare to other brands but it is a one of the best budget friendly features included phone which is growing continuously showing positive potential in my opinion.

Umidigi is a unique brand. Their phones and products always come in a unique appearance. I love umidigi brand.

umidigi is a good brand

umidigi is a good brand. I am currently using an umidigi a3s for over a year now and its been working fine. We'll, it Lags alot (even as I am writing this HONEST review it's lagging) and the camera is completely blind at night but that's fine It makes up with other good features.The price was a life saver as at the time of purchase so for that im grateful. umidigi phones are distinctive from the rest, and it can only get better.

Great phones but bad warranty policy & lack of updates

Umidigi make great smartphones and wearables which are good looking, affordable & trendy. When compared to other companies it is amazing their phones cost so little compared to the rich features they have. However, their are two major shortcomings which put alot of people of their products. 1. Inability or refusal to upgrade the phone security & operating system. By this I mean you hardly see system security updates to umidigi phones. My power there has been on march 2020 security firmware and this is mot good especially for a company that prides itself on being one of the best out there. Also phones are never upgraded to to next operating system despite the phones using stock android. My A5 pro still stuck on android 9, my A7 pro & Power 3 stuck on android 10. The company should offer at least one system upgrade to its phones and regular security updates at least for 2 years. 2. The company does not keep to its warranty undertakings especially for international purchasers adn the same applies to its 3rd party outlets like aliexpress. My A5 pro stopped working for no reason. It won't power on and despite doing everything I was asked to do by both umidigi & aliexpress and my countless pleas for battery replacement, nothing came out of it. The worst fraud was that aliexpress undertook to refund ₦5000 (I am in Nigeria) and till date nothing came of it. My phone was in warranty and despite this, I was left hanging. Had to buy another A5. So many purchasers have similar experiences to mine. Fix the above issues and more people will be drawn to your products which are reasonably priced, good looking and among the best of not the best in its class.

Good Quality Budget phone

I have used two models , Power 3 and A7s. I love the battery life, the camera quality, the processor speed and memory size, and the budget price too. A good quality budget phone.
