Faulty products, poor customer service
Faulty products. Non-existent customer service. After over 4 weeks waiting for a response, I was sent a 'ticket closed' email. UMIDIGI have not contacted/replied to me about my issue. If anyone is seriously thinking of purchasing from this company, read the reviews below. Mostly 5 star, and writing utter gibberish. I don't think UMIDIGI have a genuine positive review on this platform.

I bought an Umidigi smart watch
I bought an Umidigi smart watch. Arrived 8/1/21. Worked fine for 10 weeks, then battery stopped charging. Watch is effectively useless. Contacted Umidigi about issue, but have had no response after 2 weeks, despite automated reply promising one within 48 hours. I have had previous battery issues with this company's products, and will not be purchasing from them in the future.
