the worst cell phone of the low-end umidigi f2 I bought 3 umidigi f2,
I bought 3 umidigi f2, one for each family member, I pass you my conclusions, the quad camera is actually a normal camera, the response speed of the processor (obviously it is a Helio P70) is low, the screen is clear and of good resolution, the non-existent prioium software, the side fingerprint reader was a bad decision, most of the time it doesn't catch the footprint and makes it difficult to get on, It could be classified as a cell phone with low-end features and reach, promoted as a mid-range, and with the mid-range price, The after sales service is more than MALISIMO, the queries do not answer you, and it is not convenient to order using the aliexpres delivery service, two of the cell phones took me 3 and a half months to arrive, and they never answered any questions asking what was happening, the third cell phone was not sent directly, I got 3 glass protectors, of 2 dollars, claim the company, and they just don't answer me, and the company ali express, did not intervene, so I lost the money, The advice I give to anyone who wants to buy umidigi is to buy another alternative means of communication, more secure and efficient, as it can be, drum, smoke signals, or handwritten letter by mail, but for no reason BUY UMIDIGI. I don't know if I was clear but I try to clarify the point. DO NOT BUY UMIDIGI.

Customer service is awful
Customer service is awful. Been waiting more than 2 weeks to to hear back about a warranty return. Really disappointed. Nowhere to submit a complaint, either.
Warning. NO warranty
Umidigi make great quality phones for the price. They look and feel amazing. But be warned it anything goes wrong Their service is horrendous. They will blame all faults on the customer and they never honour warranty. I've had 3 umidigi phones and all three have had faults or other problems within 6 months. It's a shame because if they improved Thier level of service this could be an amazing company.

What umidigi is doing is wrong
What umidigi is doing is wrong. I appreciate the giveaway you're doing but I do not agree with you ways of getting entries. "Write a 5 start review for umidigi". Really? The whole point of review is to be honest but if your essentially getting bribed to make a review in exchange for entries, that take the whole point of making review.
No updates, 2018 security patch, no word on updating
My review is based on my true expirience. I own the Z2Pro. Their flagship. Purchased when released, yet no security updates since Android's own Sept 2018 update, and no upgrade beyond Android 8.1.0. No updates says to me this company doesn't care about it customers, it just churns out hardware, with no care for keeping those devices updated.

Bad service
Bad. Great looking value phones but company has very bad customer service end of 2019. Big wait for phones then fail to deliver and no response from customer services. Don't buy on preorder from aliexpress store.
Nice products work very well love it
No refund
I asked the last week to cancel my order that's not shipped, but now they just decided no refund. I already sent a lot of emails, none answered. I'm so tired.

I have NO idea how good or bad UMIDIGI products are as they have not managed to ship my order. I ordered a UMIDIGI phone 65 days ago. Some initial shipment paperwork raised just to generate a tracking number to stop the automatic refund by Aliexpress. It was not ever shipped, and shipment cancelled after 4 weeks. Any questions asked to Official Store about my order unanswered for weeks, most still unanswered. Any questions asked to UMIDIGI support about my order, some eventually get answered, typically 1 week or more to respond, if any response, some questions still answered. Eventually after weeks of no questions being answered about my order, I was promised shipment by today, as expected nothing shipped, no update as to why, no update as to if they are EVER going to ship it. No answer to questions about order, asked to support or the official store.. NO proactive information from UMIDIGI about ANYTHING. But they do keep giving away multiple new products to attract orders from customers that don't know how untrustworthy a company they are. You should avoid thinking about ordering anything from UMIDIGI.

I recently purchased the F2 from Umidigi and after few days using it as a daily driver I have few complaints especially about the cameras. Very poor quality of the pictures especially from the wide angle camera and the front camera. Video quality for slow motion is terrible. Battery life is great, it is pretty responsive for the daily use, I am not a gamer. I am hoping they will release an other update to improve the camera. (I have the latest update on the phone) Thanks
