Contacts are amazing quality for a decent price. The contacts I wanted went out of stock after I bought them but uniqso contacted me immediately and let me pick another similar pair (even though the only ones left were higher prices they let me choose one with no added fees!) Never had any problems with uniqso and I always get my contacts from here!
I love uniqso it’s the only store i shop with for my cosplaying contacts. they often have contacts that are hard to find (depending on the character/cosplay) everytime i order they give me case to store the contacts which we love. i am a happy customer shopping with this company, so keep up the good work
i got sent a bad lense, to make up for it i was offered a 20% discount. the website was already having a 25% off christmas sale though, so that offer was pointless. also theres no expedited shipping for a mistake on the company's part. still have to wait a long time for a lense that i needed weeks ago
Hi, the discount offer is still worth considering you do not have to pay shipping fees for the new lens though. Also we did mentioned on our website that replacement are sent with standard shipping. =)

Never had a problem with the company or their products for years. Already tried lenses, lashes, wigs and little accessoires. Always fast processing of order and good price to quality ratio.
After sending in a bad review I was finally sent a response from the company offering to resend my package because they lost it. I then answered “yes, please resend my order” and I was ignored. I’ve sent one email a day since then, and they still haven’t answered or confirmed my resend. I now want a refund because this is a scam company, and the only way I can get anywhere with them is to send a bad review.
