It was easy - upload document, review the quote, accept the quote and within days received the document. This time I had to reach out to customer support and they made it super easy - super-fast response and made sure everything was taken care off - this is the 2nd time I have used their services and definitely can recommend!

Easy and quick to use
Easy and quick to use. Website could be better to request quote like a link be visible on home page. Whhatsapp chat doesn't work either. I have had several documents translated certified notorized. Very quick turn around

I had gotten various documents…
I had gotten various documents translated but the last document it was very sloppy and unprofessional. The document was sent back 4 times and still doesn’t look good. I asked to follow format from a previous project and whomever was working on my file didn’t do a good job

Buyer beware!
Certification letter was created incorrectly. Should have stated the translator declares the translation to be accurate. Instead it stated the company declares it yet it was signed by the translator. Never got to review the certification letter prior to approval and now you want additional payment to fix your mistake! Ordered it for the Indiana BMV and declared that from the beginning! Buyer beware!!
