Good morning, Chase was prompt and delightful. It makes it much less stressful when you communicating with someone who is extremely calm and polite, you’re blessed to have him. He showed me the upstairs sash needs to be pushed up in order for it to have something to grab and lock. He did look at the kitchen casement windows and said that they can pop during temperature changes and not to worry unless it gets absolutely out of hand. He was going to bring up the Channel on the kitchen window it looks a mess. So if you could get back with me and assist us with that, that would be great! It doesn’t look right. So if you guys could maybe handle that that would be great. Thank you. !

Mike The technician came out this morning on my service call on my new windows survey the situation of the windows made a few calls into the office. Got a few ideas. They came up with a solution made all the adjustments that were needed and on the sliders of the windows. They are working great. Very efficient

Could get very little information from either installer. One spoke no English and the other either spoke little and was hard to understand at times. One window fit right in the other is about two inches short and about 1.5 inches to narrow. The installers did a good job of making them fit and looking good. It remains to be seen how weathering will be.

I had Josh Walczuk as my sales rep. I initially contacted other places for quotes, for windows and decided on Universal Direct. Quite a large difference in cost and my sales rep was not only nice, he was quite knowledgeable. Everything I asked for is what I got, nothing more and nothing less. I kind of felt bad for my installers, because whoever put up my siding obviously was clueless and went a good 6 inches over the previous windows. So these poor guys, Jake & Merrit had to come back the next day with new j channel to finish the job. Everything opens and closes with ease and they cleaned up every little thing. Although I have nothing to compare to, since I never bought windows before, they made me feel valuable to them and walked me through, why and what they were doing. Any little question asked, they responded without attitude and utmost courtesy.

The crew was polite, careful about their work and cleaned up afterwards. My only "complaint" is that I don't like the window stickers that came on the new windows. They are extremely difficult to remove, they come off in shreds, and I'm going to have to take a razor blade to scrape them off.

After doing a lot of research, I chose Universal Windows Direct They had excellent customer reviews and are BBB certified. UWD lived up to their reviews. I had 10 windows replaced. I love my new windows. The staff were professional and courteous. No sales pressure.

Jim was not only super nice and congenial but his knowledge and professionalism in this business was excellent and answered every question I had. The most important to me dealing with any business is that not only are they knowledgeable about the product but that they truly care about you as a person not just because I ‘bought’ something. From the phone calls to customer service to meeting with Cori who told me about the windows and also went over every concern I had but also Jim H who came to measure and answered all my questions concerning measurements and other concerns. They truly showed concern for me as a person and not just as a ‘buyer’.

Overall, I was satisfied with my windows. I had 25 windows replaced and installed. So here's some positives: 1. On time scheduled work. 2. Workers showed professionalism. 3. Work completed quickly in 2days! Things to improve: 1. Need to give customers heads up.to prep the work by telling them to take any blinds or curtains out or any furnitures. The workers told us day of the project we needed to take all 18 blinds and curtains down. 2. The workers need more floor covers or blankets to cover carpets and wood floors when working inside the house. They had some of our carpets covered but not all the areas where they were working. 3. Please check to see if all old windows parts or any wood from the frames that were cut or taken out be all picked up. I had to pick up few small metals pieces and wood chips and other parts that were fully not cleaned up. Also it would be nice to vacuum any old wood chips or dusts from all the work after windows were installed. Overall, the guys who installed my windows were friendly, hard working, and did good work.

Does not support disabled Purple Heart veterans. They hate our troops and veterans. Nasty and a no call no show. I was treated better by terrorist on 9/11 in the marine corp than this company has treated me.

This was my first time buying something like this for my house and I was very nervous and wanted to make sure I was getting a good product that will last, everything went great. Calling to get scheduled for a quote was fast and easy. Frank Mangano was who came over to quote me and he brought in a demo window and helped me get the right financing for me. Then the gentleman came over to do some measurements and photos about a week later he was in and out in about 15 minutes. The windows took about 5-6 weeks to be made and ready to go. The installer Ryan Lilly was shockingly fast. I was told it could be up to four hours for my windows to be installed. I want to say he got both windows installed in one hour and was on his way. He was super quick but also very nice and explained my new windows to me. I’m slowly replacing all my windows and I will definitely be using Universal again! 10/10
