Your title search was extremely long there has to be a company that can do it in a more timely manner. It held up the whole process. And with the funding, I understand delays and problems but those of us waiting on the funds should have been made aware that the funds would be late. It was upsetting when you are told one thing and then a problem arose and the funding was late.

This was one of the worst companies I’ve ever worked with. They told me it would be 3 to 4 weeks and it took three months. Except for Kristi Barton and Matthew Johnson, the people were incompetent, rude, and did not do their job. There was one excuse after another. I felt as though they were working against me not with me or for me. They were very unorganized, did not return phone calls, emails or texts and the lack of communication is what slowed down getting this done. It was one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

They helped me when nobody else did. They have reasonable guidelines. They are quick to respond although the process took more than 30 days.
