I worked with Shawn Kennedy and he was great. He was very knowledgeable about the program and explains it in easy to understand way. He was very professional and answered all my questions with ease. I did have one problem with the web portal not able to verify my access but it was eventually fixed and several members of the team reached out to me to make sure it was working.
