I received an email about a product that I was interested in at 11:05 PM. At 11:10 PM I tried to order this product and was told it is no longer available. Did they offer two for that price or is it just a complete marketing scam?

I purchased a three pack of shorts. The shorts came halfway down my calf - much too long. There were no measurements or warnings given before purchase on the length of the shorts - only the length from the waist to the split - which was fine. I tried returning them and after finding resistance ultimately, they agreed. However, I had to pay for shipping which was about $11.00 on a $30 purchase. I decided that was worthwhile and returned them. Then was told they couldn't track that they were returned (to send them with tracking would have been over $20 so the math did not make sense, and I trusted they would arrive and was willing to take that chance). They then claimed after I sent them in that the shorts needed a tracking number (and sent me fine print stating that) for them to credit me. I was ultimately out the $30 I spent on the shorts as well as the $10 I paid for shipping. Awful experience!!

I have consistently had great experiences with untilgone.com for the last 5 or 6 years. I have made many purchases, ranging anywhere from personal care items to motorized transportation items. All of my purchases have been exactly as described, fully and properly functional and most importantly, far better values than I've found anywhere else for comparable items. Even their Junk Boxes have been great purchases that ended up being far more valuable than what I paid for them. Even in cases where I didn't have a need for everything in them, they've proven to contain desirable enough items that I've successfully gifted anything that I didn't intend to keep I would definitely recommend untilgone.com to anyone looking for great products at great prices.

I did not pike the idea of ordering a junk box. Who wants to spend their hard earned money on junk. Not me.

No idea what I’m reviewing

In general, I like the products and services provided by until gone. However, they ask us to evaluate our experience with the latest shipment with no direct information on the product. I get shipments from a variety of suppliers and my ability to to discern the items from one supplier from another is impossible. I honestly don’t know what I’m reviewing because of their vague request for a review. Irritating!

Disappointed Customer

I ordered3 Microsoft Office Professional Plus license and my pc died and had to replace it. that pc had 1 copy of the license on it. this lifetime license from untilgone is only good for the life of the pc that it is on. my 3rd copy of license that I never used, when I try to use that key it comes up as being an invalid key. in other words already used somewhere. I did not use it. I believe UntilGone sells your unused keys off to someone else. I contacted them and they begin to send me new keys to use and each time I put the key in it comes up invalid. I did that 3 different times. got tired dealing with them. Be careful when ordering license from them. It has not been fun dealing with them thru emails in different time zones. Finally they did refund me for the 3rd license.
