I’ve had a good experience with all my orders, keeping me posted with the tracking and delivery of the merchandise. No problems that’s why I continue to buy from them.

The Junk Box was a depleted scam with only two items of any value, very disappointing!
H & R Block 2025 software
Untilgone price for the digital MAC version was significantly less then I could find elsewhere. I haven't bought from them recently but the reviews were mostly positive (there are always unhappy people). The web site advised me the download would not be immediately available, as it would be manually processed. The detailed download and activation instructions were there the next day. 100% satisfied

My Trustpilot Experience
My experience with Trustpilot is truly amazing and a firm confidence builder. In today's digital and e-commerce internet world, consumers must be alert and aware of fake news, reports, and biased points of you. With Trustpilot, I read the varied reviews and make conscious, good purchase and follow up decisions.

Ordered on Nov 21
Ordered on Nov 21. FINALLY today, Dec 16 , I got my money back. They pretended to ship the order but it got "lost" and never arrived. Had to contact them NUMEROUS times and jump through a lot of hoops, but the money is refunded. I will NEVER do business with them again. Just another example of "if it's too good to be true it isn't"
Unorganized
Shipment went missing for 3 weeks. Customerservice was very nice but had no sense of urgency to find the package which contained children's Christmas gifts. Their shipping agent, Sendle has no value as they just give the package to USPS but they do not share the post office tracking number so you just have to rely on what they tell you. After 3 weeks I asked for a refund and miraculously the package surfaced and was delivered to me next day. I have unsubscribed from email from Untilgone.com and good riddance.
