Consumers often appreciate the attractive clothing designs, comfortable fits, and wide variety of fun styles available for everyday wear. People frequently mention that many purchased items look just like the promotional photos and feel nice to wear. However, some reviewers were not happy with the strict return policy, noting that exchanges and refunds are difficult to get. Customers also pointed out that items sometimes arrived damaged or incorrect, while delivery services occasionally caused frustrating delays. Additionally, shoppers experienced unexpected sizing discrepancies, finding that clothes frequently turned out much smaller or larger than expected.

While I love the fashion that Uoozee…Dissatisfied
While I love the fashion that Uoozee promotes I don’t think that they check their sellers out accurately. I have ordered from them several times only to find out that my order comes from a different seller and many times they cannot be contacted. Be very cautious what you order from them and make sure it’s from Uoozee and not another company!

My order for 4 sweaters was split into two shipments without notifying me until i reached out. It is still in transit with airlines so again I am left holding nothing on something ordered sometime go.
The clothes are very nice
The clothes are very nice. Fit me perfect very happy with the materials.
I requested a cancellation before the…
I requested a cancellation before the item had even shipped, but it wasn’t accepted. While they were “reviewing” my request, they didn’t secure the stock — and in the end, it went out of stock. Overall, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
I ordered 2 items
I ordered 2 items. The tracking provided said both items were delivered but only got 1 item. The item delivered didn’t look like the picture nor did it look like the same material. I am still waiting on the other item in which I was told was still at the warehouse. I have not heard anything since 10/20/2025. At this point I just want my money back!
Return Address
I've been waiting over a month for an address to return 2 items, which is too small. I am so upset that's while I haven't ordered anything else. Very disappointed, love the merchandise, but afraid to trust you. I have items, but can't wear them'

Waited 2 month for my shipment. Lack of customer service to provide answers and solutions
The styles and fabric are great.
The styles and fabric are great. However, there is an issue with shipping and delivery as you do not comply with the indicated 7-12 days duration. I am still awaiting some items that I purchased since August 2025.
The size is a true XL
The size is a true XL Sent email with concerns , your company did not want to give me return label. Stated I had to pay for my return. Then stated for me to keep items and they would refund me $17. You are a scam. Will not do business again. I will please uooze on yelp and every platform I can think of. Stealing money is not a good thing.

I have been very surprised by the quality. I will defiantly be ordering again. I did order a dress in a size L and I normally wear an XL, so unfortunately it is too small. I don't know if returning it is easy.
Great Pillow!
This review is for Derila Pillows not Uoozee. Ordering process was easy and delivered within reasonable time. First few nights were awful and I questioned whether I had made the right purchase, however I have gradually got used to the pillow and find I have a very deep sleep now and it is helping with my neck issue. Feel the instructions (pictures) could be a bit clearer. Pleased I purchased now. Feel diagram of which was to lay on pillow could be a little clearer.

Your return policy is terrible
Your return policy is terrible. The item ships from California but a return has to be sent to China and customer has to pay for shipping. Your website states easy returns/refunds. Fakes advertising. I will never order from you again.
Duty expenses
Unfortunately, I had to pay almost thousand turkish lira for duty which fact surprises me because this amount iş very high and out of my knowledge and therefore the next order cannot be realized. However, your goods are perfect.
