I love Uoozee clothing. Sometimes it's not true to size. I tried to return my skirt that was too small. There wasn't a phone number to call or a slip in the package to refer back to. Nothing was in English. I emailed them with my request for a return on July 5, 2021. They were suppose to get back with me within 24 hours. It's July 19th and still no response. I sent another email request, I hope I'll hear something soon. I wasn't able to find a phone number. This was disappointing.
I ordered a couple pairs of jeans and they are adorable! It took a bit of time getting here but I expected that!

When I first came upon the Uoozee website I fell in love with their clothes. HOWEVER, I order 1 coat and 1 jacket in a size large. Once I received the items, two separate orders, they both fit like a small. I was NOT HAPPY 😡 One, because of the pricing of each, it would cost that and more to send back. It order to have the “look” like the pictures as advertised, I would have to order a 2x or 3x. The problem is, they don’t offer those sizes. Needless to say, that did it for me. This will be my final order! I don’t have money like that to waist.
Uoozee is a fashion site with a lot of ads on Facebook. It's chinese, but unlike many other chinese sites this is trustworthy - what you order actually arrives, even if it takes some time! The designs are quite original and the quality is ok.
Unhappy with overall quality and difficulty of return
The quality of the 2 clothing items I ordered was high in terms of sewing but low in terms of fabric feel and texture. I received no inventory list or branding to tell me who the items were sent from. There was one tiny postcard in with the two unmarked items, which was written in Chinese. I searched my emails for the brand name/shipping confirmation and contacted the manufacturer. After 2 emails back and forth (they were good at responding within 24hr as stated), they asked me if I'd accept a certain low about in refund and keep the items rather than sending them back to China, on my dime. They also didn't provide a shipping address and instructions for return until my second request was submitted. Overall I am not pleased, as I don't want to keep the items and have paid for things I do not want.
I‘m surprised at the negative reviews. I have ordered several things from this site and they were all exactly like the photo or very close. The quality has been good. One needs to carefully check the size chart to be sure the item will work for you. I only gave them 4 stars since one item was too small. Maybe I didn’t check the info carefully enough. It was the first thing I ever ordered. My purchases have generally been in the $40

I have, so far, received all the clothes I've ordered and they have all been very high quality. I've braved another order resultantly. However, the shipping times are absolutely terrible and seasons have been known to pass me by - I'm still waiting for it to be cold enough to wear a fab jumper dress that I ordered in February that was delivered in late May! It doesn't help that customer services aren't English speaking...
5 stars for the clothes + 1 star for shipping and delivery times, (and nonexistent customer services) = 3 stars overall.
I was very excited to discover this site, but my experience has been poor.
I was very excited to find a site that stocked the clothes I've been looking for for years and, to my shame, spent over $500.
The first two items I received are excellent. They fit me brilliantly and are really good quality, highly unusual and are a bargain for the price. So far, so good...
Last week I received two more items and both are very poor. Despite me using their measurements it is stupidly tight and the material is very cheap. The other fits, but it just isn't the item that was photographed or the material promised. The cut is all wrong and it feels and looks very cheap again.
When I wrote to customer services asking how to send returns and for an update on the other items, they waited a week and then sent me an e-mail that didn't come close to answering my questions.
Obviously China has had real problems with COVID 19, which I can appreciate from my isolation in London, but my orders pre-date the real crisis by a few weeks. I am concerned that this is, at best, a very disorganised company or, at worst, a great big con. If they are having problems with the virus, or even if they are victims of their success, they need to let us know, because otherwise trust is being eroded quickly.

I placed an order with UOOZEE on 12/8/2019, and received my order Tuesday, 12/17/2019. I must say that delivery was on point. Also, the quality of the clothing I received is very nice.
Now, there are 3 items that are too small, and I plan to return them to the company. In my correspondence with the company, I requested a refund for my return-(total $104.97).
So far, on 12/18/2019, I was offered (and I quote), “a $30 refund without the hassle and cost of shipping the returned products to us” and “15% discount for my next purchase”. This is the same thing I’ve read on several of the reviews here.
I am (a little) optimistic about the return though.
I have carefully worded my correspondence with the company to reflect their return policy and clearly state my request. But, just in case, I will call my credit card company to inform them of my concerns.
I had a negative experience with another online company in April 2019 and they have that same 14 day return policy...company name “Chicnora”.
As, I am a frequent internet shopper; this will be the second time (ever) I’ve come across a return related “situation”.
I’ve given the company 3 stars as of now, but that will change-depending on the outcome of my situation.
I just wanted to let people know what is CURRENTLY going on-so keep your update eyes open.

Y’all are babies. This is a site from China. Of course things are gonna be a while to arrive. Don’t order anything and expect it to arrive tomorrow. Gaaash!!! It’s coming from across the globe. We are so used to getting our items the next day. Get over yourselves. It’ll arrive. Mine is a day away. Keep in contact with them. I did and got a response ASAP. But I was nice about it. Not some selfish American. Be knowledgeable. If it doesn’t give you an update, then it’s on a freaking ship or airplane. Take a chill pill. I’ve ordered stuff from China and have always been happy.
I ordered several dresses and they were all exactly as pictured. You MUST order by BUST size when ordering from any Chinese outfit. I later discovered that most of their stuff is available MUCH cheaper on ALIEXPRESS app, plus the app gives you the ability to upload any photo, including a screen shot from uoozee, and find it from probably several sellers at a steep discount. So, I overpaid, but since I bought all clearance or discounted stuff , I felt it was a good experiment. They shipped fairly quickly, and communication was adequate.

However, I could only receive them after paying the sum of 118€ !
