Ordered a dozen items and there’s only 4 I was contemplating of returning. However company compensated me enough to keep the items without returning. The material is good quality and the shipping is fast!
Overall slow service and not good price-quality ratio
- Took about 20 days to receive my parcel in Portugal. Delivery was coming from Spain (next door) - The website tracking info was never displayed and the answers to customer service were coming after hours - Quality: earring came with the pin bended. Overall they look ok but they feel like they will break easily. I do not think they are worth 8euros.

And the customer service is good ,they offer me reship my missing order and both time responses very quick when I ask for my order shipment info and the missing order .

I want to change the review. I was very dissapointed because i waited so long, 3 weeks. At the end i received everything and the clothes are just ok! They should only tell in advance about the delivery.
