I've always enjoyed their online services but feel betrayed now that I can't withdraw my cash money even though it says I could pull it at anytime up to 25k and I'm actually willing to cancel my account now from so much stress now that I need my money and hope someone from uphold could help me out of this mess I never even imagined

Extremely frustrating customer support experience I have been unable to access my funds because my account has been under review for several days. I was told the review would take 24 hours, but it has now been 5 days with no resolution. I can log in, but I cannot withdraw my money, and the lack of clear communication has been extremely stressful. I have reached out through multiple support channels and even contacted support on social media, but I still have not received a meaningful update. My support ticket is #7164316. I hope Uphold improves its customer service and provides faster solutions for customers who are locked out of accessing their own funds.

Ticket #7159454 - Completely ignored for nearly a week while others get 24hr support

Ticket #7159454 I am extremely frustrated with Uphold's support. My account was temporarily restricted, and I immediately replied to the security review with all requested information last Friday. Since then, I have been met with absolute silence. It has been almost a week now with my funds completely locked. What makes this incredibly unfair is that a friend of mine had an issue with their Uphold account and received a helpful reply in under 24 hours. Meanwhile, my ticket has been completely ignored for days on end. This is my hard-earned money, and being locked out with zero communication or updates is unacceptable. I have provided everything asked of me. I need a compliance manager to review my ticket #7159454 and lift this restriction immediately. Please escalate this.

I went to move my crypto into my own wallet, but the platform said that I couldn't because they believed I was being scammed. Now the only way to get my own money back is to to pay it back into my bank account from where it came. Don't use Uphold.

I have signed up for an account .although,It was verified at the begining ,later locked..The whole process for being their customer services, has been so painful.I dont think they offer good services neither good care for the customers.The customer service agent responses are so slow. And late They dont have customer friendly efficient adeuate consistent accurate services..troubled iDont risk your wealth and funds..you can also find so many negative reviews about their services on the net too..unfortunately my real authentic experience has turned out to be the bitter one with them..based on my authentic experience, you won't really receive good services stay away don't risk

Stuck in review with no explanation

Have made deposits and withdrawals with no issues until now. My account is now restricted. I used same card and same address to withdraw too. Now I can’t do a transfer or withdrawal, but I’m still allowed to do deposits? Doesn’t make sense to me and now I can’t use the funds I actually need.

Great crypto exchange platform

Great crypto exchange platform. The rates can be a little bit high. They can also implement advance training the main thing. My account has never been compromised. I have never gotten emails fake spams from Uphold, but I get a lot from Coinbase and Robinhood for some reason. I’m guessing Uphold has a great security system in place that the other crypto exchange should try and emulate.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! Sent crypto to my uphold wallet and it never arrived. I copy and pasted the address, everything was accurate. Now the terrible customer service says everything to avoid giving me my money back. Only use this if you want to lose all your hard earned money.

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. They list many different cryptocurrencies to deposit. In this case I deposited XPL. The XPL went to the wallet address that they provided, which can be shown on the blockchain. This XPL never showed up in my account. I contacted support. After days of going back-and-forth and reviewing my account, they tell me that they don’t accept XPL. And they can’t retrieve it for me.

Just received an email to verify my account. The problem is that until I saw the email, I hadn't heard of this company. Doing a little research I've decided any further emails will go straight to the junk folder. I can find better things to waste money on.
