I love being a member of the Uphold community. It is the best platform on the market for cryptocurrency. The app is user friendly and easy to use. BEWARE! I have used uphold since 2021. All of a sudden they lock my account because I bought alpt of crypto exceeding my income. As I told them my husband buys the crypto. I've showed them bank statements where I have the money. Both our names on it. They wanted to know where our money comes from so I sent them pictures of RE payments. That wasn't enough. They are Jerking people around.trying to keep there crypto. That's not gonna work. I have bought 5 years and now I buy to much REALLY? DO THEY WANT BUSINESS OR NOT. I'm going to have to get an attorney on them I don't have any other choice. They suck. Don't buy alot of crypto. Go on coinbase instead or take it off soon as you buy.
uphold helped recover some of my lost crypto they did an amazing job I have been using uphold for almost two years now never had any issues they are amazing

Many people are creating fake accounts using other persons emails, but Uphold does not seem to be taking action in this regard (check online for so many complaints like this). Why is it happening only on uphold.com but not other websites? I received an email yesterday saying someone created an account using my email, and asked me to "verify" the email which I never did. Instead I forwarded that email to their fraud prevention team. Guess what, the reply I got is to first verify the email by clicking a link and then they would reply to me. Seriously???
