Please I will advise everyone don’t use uphold,they have held thousands of dollar of my hard earn money for days,they won’t let me use my money or transfer crypto and they won’t allow me send money to my bank,this is the worst crypto company have dealt it,if you value peace of mind,fast service I think just don’t bother using uphold,now I can’t even pay my bills,uphold has put me in shambles,my ticket number is (attached ) and it’s just been abandon for days,if they care to help then that fine that the number;all I ask for is access to my hard earn money

Absolutely terrible experience with…

Absolutely terrible experience with this platform. Not only did my transaction not go through, according to Uphold, but the funds were removed from my debit card, and have been pending for 10+ days. In the midst of that unnecessarily long state of pending, Uphold support was unhelpful, dismissive, and refusing to return my funds back to me, claiming they never got the funds. Though my bank statement and bank support have proven otherwise. My ticket was escalated to a senior support agent and since then all communication has ceased to exist. I will likely have to wait until the charge is no longer pending and go through my banks ridiculous dispute process. Personally, I would not recommend Uphold for any fiat transactions, or any transactions. Instead, Ramp Network, Transak, and Speed Wallet are reliable, helpful, trustworthy, and actually adhere to their own terms and conditions. Usually, I would consider changing the rating in the case anything improves. But I do not see that happening here.

Uphold is designed wonderfully. It's user friendly easy to understand and their staff is always there for support if you have any questions. The verification process is smooth and the fees are minimal. Without hold I know my money and my crypto is in good hands. I've been a customer for many years now and I am 110% satisfied. Thank you Uphold for being honest & trustworthy. You guys are awesome!!! 👍
