Froze account and funds numerous times....its so clear your crypto is not yours.....its theirs!.....at least while they giving you all the woke ideology!!! Don't use them.......in fact forget crypto its caput!!!.....Buy physical assets you can physically hold. Like politicians they started out good then went woke like most of western world

If I could rate -5 stars I would. Feel free to sign up for this scam disguised as a 'company' if you enjoy people holding your money with no explanation and blocking you out of your account with no specific time frame. This company is a major scam and I would not even recommend them to my enemies. Stick to coinbase,kraken etc. If uphold is your last option, I would forget about crypto altogether. I passed ALL verification they asked me and it's still not enough. They just want to use our money to trade, do not use this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TICKET NUMBER : #7042347 Unless this is resolved and I get my crypto rightfully I will make it my life mission to let the world know about your scams.

It’s very easy to buy cryptocurrencies as well as swap them out which was a pleasant surprise. I was also appreciative of your security protocols when I changed the amounts of my send and receive behavior. At first I was a little frustrated but your quick response to my inquiry was important in helping me understand the process so I could plan appropriately. The only process I would change is the “Cooling off period”. I understand that the funding needs to be verified but hopefully XRP will fix that process because a “Five day” waiting period seems excessive especially to qualified customers who have been using your service for months if not years without issue. Otherswise, very happy with the service. Thank you!
