When someone gets 3 star rating then project must mark as successful but they Mari as unsuccessful which is frustrating And they said they have removed private feedback section but this is almost wrong bcz even public 3 star rating when mark as negative then how is Private feedback removed

I submitted a full appeal with official German documents (Anmeldung, employment contract, bank statement). Upwork confirmed my case was escalated to a specialist team — but that was over a month ago and I have received no response despite multiple follow-ups. I am a genuine freelancer trying to resolve this honestly. I hope Upwork will finally respond and review my case fairly.

I believe this is one of the reasons why some clients and freelancers choose to take their work outside of the platform. Lowering these fees could encourage more people to stay on Upwork and continue using the platform. Overall, I’m happy with Upwork and think it has a lot of potential.
