Laura responded not only quickly, not only in a friendly manor and showed genuine care about my issue but also was able to provide me with a cost free replacement on my insoles which are desperately needed. When I say this is going to help me so much with my job in being active with underprivileged children I sincerely mean it. I have been raving about you guys since this email. Great Orthotics - Amazing Customer Service!
I've suffered from plantar fasciitis on and off for the past several years and have purchased all of my custom orthotics from Bilt Labs. Their orthotics are comfortable, very affordable, and last a long time. And their customer service is AMAZING. They truly stand behind their products. I recently had to update my molds because it had been several years since I had the original molds done. My new insoles came with a different top layer that I didn't like. Laura, who was the customer service rep that helped me through all of this, was quick to address my concerns and had a new set of insoles in the works to be sent to me. Whenever I had questions, she was quick to reply with detailed answers. I will never buy my orthotics from any place else! Bilt Labs is the best in the business.

From the beginning intake, through production and adjustments communication from and with Bilt labs has been great. Laura responded quickly to my concern and I appreciate I can get my orthotics adjusted while keeping my current pair.

I would give 10 stars if I could. From the moment I placed my order, I was informed of every step in the process. I received the package to mold my feet about a week after the order. From the beginning, I knew making of custom orthotics could take a while, but i was sent an email as my orthotics went through each step, from receiving my molds, podiatrist review, manufacturing, final review, and shipping. I received ilmy inserts last night and put them in my favorite shoes. Within the first 10 minutes I could feel the relief from the pain in my feet for the last 6-months. I wore the inserts on a short walk this morning, and I am beyond impressed with the results. I plan on ordering some for my parents in the very near future.

ordering and molding were simple and straight forward. The anticipation of the order was the toughest part. when they arrived, a few days early actually, i couldnt wait to see how they felt. perfect!!!! wore them immediately. was a game changer for me. first time in months that i could walk without pain. played golf the first day and i couldnt believe the difference. as soon as i finished the round i called and ordered a second pair.

Laura is the representative I worked with throughout the process, and she is phenomenal in her attention to the issue at hand and her customer service is exemplary. Great product, just needed a lil adjustment and then there is the much needed relief. I am working on concrete for for 10 to 12 hours 4 days a week and these insoles have made a world of difference. The one fits all insole sold without understanding the issues one is trying resolve is a miss every time, from my experience anyways. This is money well spent. I would suggest to anyone, and let them know that BiltLabs wants to relieve your issues related to insoles that are not supportive enough. And they will make certain they go the extra mile to achieve that. Let them know that "A Satisfied Customer" sent you. Start on your path to relief today.

I ordered a mold kit for my husband who has foot issues. Received it so fast it was like somebody was standing on the corner handing them out. Two weeks later Hubs tells me he actually can’t use orthotics. I emailed the company, explained the issue. The same day Laura M. emailed me back and also issued a refund for the entire amount, no questions. This is exactly why I wanted to order from this company to begin with, because of good reviews regarding customer service. If I ever need shoe inserts myself, I’d order from this company

Worst pair of sneakers I have purchased. They are super narrow.they cause more foot pain than other brands of sneakers. Total waste of money. Would never recommend this company.

After months of dealing with foot and…
After months of dealing with foot and knee pain I finally decided to get serious. Bilt Labs makes custom orthotic insoles, specifically for your feet ! The entire fitting process is very detailed and easy to follow. I’ve worn mine for almost a month now and regret not getting custom insoles sooner. My knee and foot pain have nearly vanished thanks to my new Bilt Labs insole's.

The experience of having custom insoles made specifically for my feet, instead of a one size fits all, is the best part about BiltLabs. They offer a guarantee on the quality, and includes free adjustments. The customer service was great, I spoke with Laura, told her my issue and quick response, she took care of the issue quickly and with concern. I think this is about the 10th time I'm ordering from these folks. Return business. I have an orthotic for every shoe in the closet, now! These folks are caring. They listen to what I need and they stand behind their products. Amazingly, Laura looked into my file and remembered something about my previous orders that would affect and help my present order. Thank you, Laura. A real throwback to the way things used to be. People who really care. By the way, I’m a real orthotic user and nobody paid me for this review.
Outstanding company
This company stands by its product. I was so excited to receive my insoles, but was unable to wear them I tried and tried, but the foot pain was unbearable. I reached out to the company and Laura (God bless her) asked questions. I have extreme pain in both feet. Plantar fascitus. Spelled wrong, sorry. It is horrific, can't stand for long periods of time or garden, cook etc. She is having new ones made for me and we will try again! I'm truly excited again. I want my life back. What an amazing company and employee! I will be 74 soon and I'm raring to go. Thank you Laura for caring. I will update with progress after I receive them and acclimate my feet to them. Lynne
