Took almost 2 weeks after ordering...
It took almost 2 weeks after ordering for my last 2 orders to arrive, and the communication about delivery was poor. The tracking number was essentially useless. I like the clothes themselves but there needs to be a little more consistency with quality. I have had to make minor alterations to make certain items wearable. I will continue to buy some things but I couldn't justify paying full price when these issues exist.

Ordered many times. Shipping is quick but it depends if its around a holiday. Can take longer if it's a Holiday. I love KillStar and they have alot of sales.

Took over a month to arrive in which time i emailed customer service 3 times and didnt get a response until i left a bad review and once the suitcase arrived, i was disappointed to see it was extremely cheaply made especially for the price i paid. My husband got a 5 piece set of luggage for cheaper that was made with much better quality. I dont think ill be purchasing from this site again.

Order Delay and Refund
I ordered two items, but the shipping process took much longer than expected. After waiting over a week with no shipping updates, I contacted customer service for an update. I was told that processing can take up to seven business days before an order ships. Unfortunately, while my order was still being processed, one of the items sold out and became unavailable. The company refunded me for that item, but it was disappointing that inventory wasn’t reserved when my order was placed. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the lengthy processing time and the inability to fulfill my complete order.
