Didnt receive inital order
Didnt receive inital order . By the time the order issue was resolved, the items were sold out. So I was unable to get the items and was refunded. Very disappointed. Had a similar issue prior when ordered and item and was refunded bc it wasnt I stock when I bought it only to see a week after the refund the item was for sale o the website

Overall, your company does good, but sometimes it takes way too long to get your packages, but otherwise I love your store!

The order takes over a month with no word where it is. Countless emails with no real answer or solution. Stolen money with no product. Already reported to BBB and currently with other agencies to seek justice.
Misleading poor customer service
belt wasnt the accurate to its listed length and the support sucks. $37 for a belt and they cant give you a paid return label? should have to spend $25 out of my own pocket for less then half of what i spent back
First and last time ordering from this…
First and last time ordering from this company. I ordered one single dress over a month ago and the item has not even shipped yet. I ordered a dress for an event and realized after about 2 weeks of no activity that it wouldn’t make it in time (I got a notification that a shipping label was created on June 3rd and that it hasn’t been given to fedex yet). I reached out to customer service multiple times, trying to get information on where the dress was. Everyone I’ve talked to was very unhelpful, so I resorted to asking for an order cancellation and refund so I could get something else for the event, which of course they couldn’t accommodate. They said they can’t cancel orders that have already shipped, but I confirmed with fedex that they don’t have the item. They keep telling me to be patient and that the shipping info will update in a few days lol. No solution or help has been offered. I paid $15 for shipping and even though it says items will be shipped within 7 days after ordering on their website, apparently it’s completely fine that it’s been over a month and this item still hasn’t shipped. They are untruthful and scammy and they will blatantly tell you lies. All of these horrible reviews about their issues with shipping/items not getting sent out are 100% true. And they’ll keep your money too. I suggest disputing the transaction with your bank to see a refund. Or better yet, avoid the issues altogether and don’t order from this company at all lol. I feel like the good reviews on this page are from bots 😂 the craziest part is most reputable businesses would recognize there’s an issue, according to the other reviews with similar issues to mine, and want to do something to fix it or make the situation better. However, they are completely turning a blind eye and ignoring the problem and letting people pay extra for things like expedited shipping, knowing they won’t be keeping their end of the agreement. Shady!!!

I wasnt going to leave a negative review, but they seemed more concerned with reviews then actually giving me what I paid for, so here you go! Stop sending me requests to rate and review and focus in your fulfillment department. Last time im buying anything from you.
