i liked the products i got and they were easy to order and look good.
Item came as expected
Item came as expected. After one use one of the straps broke off the shoe. I tried to contact someone for help. But I just ended up using gorilla glue on it and it seems fine.. so meh... Also the shoe is stiff so don't be wearing it for long periods. Other than that the shoe is super cute.
Love the produce
Love the produce, material always feels so great
Shipping took a little long but that’s ok
Shipping took a bit longer than expected but I figure because it was shipping from the UK & I’m in the United States so that’s okay. I love my handbag, the quality is wonderful & it’s beautiful! Will shop with them again! :)
Amazing style and Ok quality
Amazing style and Ok quality, worth it for me if items are on sale, as I am working class and on a budget. Also, I'm used to thrift store prices. I wish there were larger shoe size options and that the sizing chart for clothes was more accurate. Delivery takes a very long time and returns are expensive.
Killstar rocks!
I have a few dresses from Killstar and an adorable pair of velvet platform boots, among other items. Every single piece is well-made and looks classy -- no costume-y crap. Shipping is fast, their sales are awesome, and what's really cool is that they generously make larger sizes available beyond the typical XL. It's just a fun site to shop. Big thumbs up!
I have yet to receive my order
I have yet to receive my order. It has been 2 weeks and I am getting the run around. One customer service representative said it was in route and when it got to ohio it would update so i asked for the EU tracking and crickets. Also, my previous messages have conveniently been deleted. Then i get an email saying it has been shipped with fedex and it is a carrier issue. I just want a refund at this point because they don’t know what is going on with my order. I have ordered from them before but never again after this.
The prices for the quality of clothing…
The prices for the quality of clothing are pretty phenomenal!! Fast shipping!
Great fast service.
Quality has gone downhill and continues…
Quality has gone downhill and continues to go downhill. I order on June 9th didn't get my items until July 15th. Its just gotten bad all around.
Great purchases, thanks!
Smooth transaction. Quality products. Fast shipping. Always a good shopping experience. Highly recommend Killstar.
LIARS
I have been waiting weeks for my order!!! Their story keeps changing! Killstar lied and said FedEx has my order, FedEx confirmed they don't. Killstar claims my order is coming from their EU warehouse, I ask for the EU tracking number. Killstar 1.) gives me my US tracking number AGAIN, 2.) does NOT give me the EU tracking number, claims it's a carrier issue. They have a blatant lie of an excuse for everything!!! Only shop at Killstar if you like throwing your money away. Years of being a devoted customer ends here.
Good stuff!
Easy and convenient ordering/shipping process. Nice quality products. My niece loves this store.
Lovely experience
Lovely representatives work at this company and helped me with any and all issues! Love my purchases and experience.
I always love my KILLSTAR hauls!
Shipping department speed is AWFUL
I enjoy the products and and the website functionality and email discount codes. But the shipping department is horribly slow. Placed on order 7/16/26 and it just got a shipping label created today 7/28/26. Just seems a little long of a time frame for one item, my order confirmation indicated an expected arrival date of the day after order confirmation 7/17/26. Shipping label indicates package coming from Ohio, I am an indiana resident. I may as well save myself some time and go pick up my orders in person next time.
Absolutely adore..
I absolutely adore the packages from Killstar. The tags, with their awesome little messages. The casket shaped tags. All of those little details, really help bring it all together almost like a 'chef's kiss' on the garment. It feels like you are seen, and you are not lone weirdo. You are an awesome person, with some amazing quirks and clothing (accessories etc)!!! The quality is incredible. The bucket bag, with its gorgeous embroidery. Beautiful.
