I am thoroughly convinced Killstar is officially a drop-shipment company and that many of these short, 5 star reviews are made by bots/workers. They do this to hide negative reviews and boost their overall score. Checkout Reddit and Twitter/X to see REAL people with REAL complaints!!!
Killstar has been lying to many of us. They are several weeks behind in shipping out orders. They'll tell you your items have been shipped when they have not been. What they're doing is printing the tracking slip in the US to give the appearance that your order is 1.) in the US and 2.) physically with FedEx. They claimed FedEx has my order (several times now) but my FedEx link weeks later and as of today still shows "We'll add a delivery date as soon as we get your package." After pressing Killstar about this, they claimed my items were coming from the EU warehouse, but for some silly reason, they print the tracking number off in the US! That's why you don't see your order's prior movements! But after talking to many disgruntled customers still waiting on their orders, I'm confident I know the real reason. Especially when I frequently purchase from other UK/EU brands that arrive faster than this! This is drop-shipment, most likely coming from China, AND THEY DO NOT WANT YOU TO KNOW!!!
They are presenting typical drop shipment tactics. Frequent too good to be true sales, excessive wait times, lying to customers about having products stocked, lying about where the product is coming from, generic responses, massive drop in product quality. Killstar has shown every single one of these examples to me personally. Whether you believe that's drop shipment or not, KILLSTAR IS NOT A COMPANY THAT CAN BE TRUSTED.
Please take my review seriously. I am a customer of 10+ years. This has never been Killstar's norm, but I guarantee you it will be moving forward!!! I spent hundreds of dollars and have nothing to show for it. Killstar claimed they won't give me a refund because my order has been shipped. I can only hope my bank disputes this. Save your money and go ANYWHERE else!!!
Loving my web of night bag. It's well made and has plenty of room. But this goth mom wishes it was a tad bit bigger lol. Either way its been my pick for my everyday use so far. And the black pleather is so dark, its the cherry on the top.

I purchased four items in April of this year. I didn't receive any updates on my order for two weeks until I messaged customer service. I then waited another two weeks to check in again. A few days after my last message, my order was cancelled entirely without explanation. I've been a fan for many years, but I don't think I'll be shopping with killstar again after that experience.
Good quality clothes and reasonable shipping speeds however i don’t receive any shipping details until about a day before the order arrives. It would be more helpful to receive regular updates on shipments
It was a good experience, but my make up came defective
It was a good experience! My cloths came very well and the delivery was fast to my international locker.
But there was a defect in the make up that i ordered, it came with mold and tried to contact Killstar support but they didn't respond the request that i submitted in their website, i'm still waiting for they response, otherwise everything else was okay.
I still havent recieved my package. According to tracking it still hasnt even shipped and its been 2 and a half weeks. I have been talking to customer service throughout but have not gotten a response to my last email
Very good selection of designs, quality good for the price, nice seasonal discounts, fairly fast shipping to Asia. The only thing I'd say definitely needs work is sizing. Some sizing too big or too small, despite me eading sizing guidance and descriptions.
I am always disappointed by Killstar unfortunately. I always fall for their gorgeous staging and model photos of their products, and then when I take the chance and make a purchase, I am always incredibly disappointed in the quality of the fabric, the cut of the clothing, and the exorbitant price for the quality of the items, clothing especially. And they are another retailer making things harder to return, or accepting returns of less things.
They lean heavily into the fact that there aren't many places to buy goth or alternative clothing, and use what I call the "Goth Tax". Something that wouldn't be as expensive if it wasn't marketed toward goths or alt people, is marked up triple the price.
First and last time ordering from killstar.
Reached out to customer service the morning after I placed my order expressing that I didn’t realize it was a UK brand and therefore the sizing is different and the items I ordered will not fit me. And I wanted to cancel some of my items.
Customer service was rude and would not help me and said it was bc the warehouse was already working on it to ship out.
My order didn’t ship out until a week or two later!
I followed up with customer service bc I was frustrated about their unwillingness to help me bc it was already being processed but it didn’t ship over a week later after my original message to them and then was told per their policy in their in their FAQ I cannot amend or change my order.

Quick shipping, and everything arrived well packaged. All the items were well made, and I’m very pleased with the quality of the materials. The sizing on items was spot on (definitely consult their sizing chart). I’m a repeat customer, and definitely will be back for future purchases!
