Easy to use the app also great quality products and the shipment order is being filled pretty fast and it also has a great tracking system and the products didn’t take long to arrive.

I had no idea I already had an address…

I had no idea I already had an address saved on Killstar from a previous purchase; even though I entered my new address when placing the new order, the shipment was automatically routed to my old address. I contacted customer service, but they couldn't help me change the address, which caused problems. I couldn't change the delivery address with the courier either, so I had to go pick up the package in person from my former address. On top of that, shipping took two weeks, and the quality of the bag was terrible—I didn't like it at all; the price I paid isn't reflected in the product's quality.

The shipping took forever

The shipping took forever, my coworker loved the skull mug I gifted to her. Every thing else was great, it just took a while.

I always get exactly what you advertise and it comes in a timely manner. The sizes run pretty true and the selection of products is unique and plentiful. Killstar is a paradise for the goth ghouls of the world.

perfect product

perfect product. so many beautiful items I would like to buy. But I must be selective because shipping to my area is minimum 45.00 US. Hence I must be buying something I can't live without. I wish they could find a more reasonable shipping arrangement for the US.

Favorite Store

I am always super excited when my box comes from KillStar. Everything usually fits perfectly (with the exception of pants and that’s only because I’m super short lol). My closet is 98% KS clothes and shoes and now I’m working on my homeware. My favorite store! Quality is amazing! Delivery takes about a week but you won’t be disappointed with your products!

When I placed the order the shipping was high but I was getting 2 things. I ordered a Kreepture that was on sale and a raven mug. I used my points. It took the $ off both items. Then you shipped without the Kreepture, and only notified me after shipping. What I paid for the mug was ridiculously high. All I wanted was Kreeptures. That was all that brought me to your company.

I absolutely love this

I absolutely love the purse/bag that my daughter purchased for my birthday! It’s just the right size and the stitching is smooth and beautiful!! I definitely want to purchase another in the near future!!!

Items did not fit as expected

Items did not fit as expected. However, return policy is confusing. The site allows you to generate a return but the customer had to ensure the item qualifies. With today’s technology, just create a system in which you can only generate a return for eligible items. Also, customer pays for the return. Items are good quality and I hope to purchase from them in future, but I feel like I have to be very careful so I don’t need to return anything.
