I personally have never had any issues with orders or anything. Products have been well made. I’ve ordered one pair of pants three times because I love them that much. I’ve even snagged great pieces for good prices during sales. Very pleased and will continue buying from the brand for the foreseeable future.

The prices are reasonable and the quality of the clothing I ordered is great. I have ordered dresses from other sites like Disturbia, which are okay, but the quality of the dress that I ordered from Killstar is absolutely fabulous. They fit true to size and the material is very comfortable. Shipping was easy and accurate. I will definitely order from them again.

Fast shipping, poor quality

Shipping was quicker than the estimated time which was nice. But I bought these shoes to wear to a wedding out of town. The first time I put them on, two D rings that hold the laces in place both broke, leaving me to scramble to find other shoes right before my event. For the price of the shoes I would have hoped the quality would be better.

Second time I've bought items and it's taken nearly two weeks to ship also your clothing sizing is going to cause lots of people to have body dysphoria due to the sizing! I normally wear a M/L and it seems I have to wear a XXL in Killstar! The shirt I purchased was cheaply made and wasn't available for return due to buying it on sale!

Coffin Case

I have the small and medium coffin cases and love them! I just wish the large case would come back in stock!!!

Not a fan of their customer service and policies

The products are fine and I did receive them, however I am not a fan of their customer service or return policy. I used a discount code for an item and then was told that I couldn't return it. It does state clearly on the website that you can't return clearance items, but this was not a clearance item, just a regular item that I used a discount code on and it did not say non-returnable on the page. I also reached out to them to cancel the order before it was even shipped, because it took them more than a week to even process it, but was told that they can't do that once the order has been received.

Late shipping

Each time that I order now I am having to wait two weeks or more for anything to ship. This is getting ridiculous.

I like a lot of your clothes, but sizing is inconsistent

I like a lot of your clothes, however the sizing is pretty inconsistent. I am normally a medium, size 8, but have to make a guess on sizes as a number of the items run too small or large. Having to pay to exchange items is a little frustrating. I ordered some clearance items but they don't fit and am now unable to exchange or return. Again, too small and I even sized UP one size.

Great quality

This was my first time ordering and I was very happy with my order! Quality was amazing. The only issue I had was it took very long for my order to get to me. BUT that’s not going to stop me from ordering again!
