Normally when I make a purchase, they're shipped out within a couple days and arrive 4-5 days later. Roughly a week from when it's ordered to delivery. However, my last order hadn't made it past "order confirmed" in that same time period. I had ordered ahead of time for a trip, and was a bit disappointed that the items I bought likely wouldn't be here in time. I sent a message to customer service asking about what had happened to the order, what I had wanted the pieces for, and that if they're "late" (cause they arrive when they arrive you know?) what would the ETA for them be. I got no direct response from customer service, but the next day I did get an email that my items were on the way with one day shipping. I got my new swimsuit, pants, and top in time for my trip, and enjoyed using them throughout. 10/10 service.
For reference I bought the Cinder root bikini set, Bloomia Trousers, and the Fawnelle top. All great quality pieces that I'm happy to have added to my wardrobe.
I have been a KS customer for the last ten years. I always love my purchases, and customer service has always been great. My only complaint is that shipping has been very slow lately. Sometimes it will take almost two weeks to receive my order.
I am continuously impressed with each piece I purchase from Killstar. Finding pieces that are mature but also embrace my gothic aesthetic is a challenge, much less pieces that are worth what I pay.

These items got me excited!
Enjoyed the quality and how well my package my items were delivered However it was hard to track my package and locate it, but other than that it was great.
This dress is very cute, definitely of the quality I expect from killstar. It is quite short and I am 5’2”. The only complaint I have is that I never got a shipping notification but my order did arrive in one week.
Received my sunglasses broken and it took me 5 emails to finally get a refund.

Killstar never disappoints. Killstar has consistently provided high quality goods that are unique from others in the industry. Killstar is my favorite clothing brand and I will continue to buy almost all of my future clothing items from them. It's a wonderful feeling finally finding your favorite brand.
I love Killstar! I have many of their items and I have never had a bad experience with them. Whenever and wherever I wear their clothes, I always get compliments. Their customer service and delivery is top notch!
