Clothes are good

Clothes are fantastic. I wish I could exchange an item though. Unfortunately it was the first dress I ordered from here and it’s too big. Cant return as it was on clearance. Now that I know sizes, I can order more accurately.

Delivery price and speed is disappointing

My rating is based on delivery service. The product itself was great but the shipping price you pay versus the shipping speed that you receive is completely not acceptable in my opinion. If they want to charge as much as they do for shipping even one item then they need to have far better shipping speeds.

Killstar 🖤 is a GREAT BRAND!! Been shopping with them for a long time. They have grown but their customer service and merchandise remain awesome! I can’t say enough good things- one thing though- phasing OUT of the skinny/thin zippers- which are terrible and out of polyester- would be HUGELY APPRECIATED! Love love love my dress from KILLSTAR. It was a little long so I needed to hem it up but the material is amazing and I get lots of compliments.

I loved the bag not customer service

I loved the bag, but I was disappointed with the customer service. I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address and noticed it immediately. I contacted customer service well before my order shipped to have the address changed, but I was told to contact FedEx instead. When I reached out to FedEx, they told me that only the company could make changes to the shipment. I contacted the company again, but it took them over a week to respond, and they never addressed my request. They simply told me the order had already shipped. Fortunately, I still live near my old address, so I was able to pick up the package. Otherwise, I wouldn't have received my order. The purse itself is adorable, well made, and the perfect size. It also features a cute upside-down cross keychain, which I really like. I would definitely purchase from them again because the product is great, but they really need to improve their customer service.

They provide such amazing quality products, and for anything that needs to be returned, they have fantastic customer support! Everything has great packaging to protect everything (and looks great too, of course)! I LOOOOVE the style and feel so good about myself when I wear their merchandise.

This was my first time purchasing from killstar and I was very happy with my purchase. I purchased the heart purse and it is gorgeous. I get tons of compliments and it is very sturdy. Will definitely be shopping with killstar again.

I have sent multiple emails to Killstar customer assistance regarding a purchase I made that was defective. I want to return the purchase and I don’t think I should pay return shipping. I received one email and I have emailed that person back 3 times already. I’ve also sent 3 messages to customer service through the app. I have been a long time customer and I am really disappointed.
