It does some good things, then you ask to add or change 1 simple thing and it totally changes everything, and sometimes even puts pictures of things that are totally different

Extremely Poor Customer Service
Whilst the site is good and extremely useful contacting billing is impossible. I was just trying to get a receipt for a company expense from USE.AI. I have contacted them by email and apart from an initial reply that they were looking into it nothing happened. I have followed up twice and each time ghosted. There is nowhere I can see on the site that takes me to a billing area where I can download my receipt. Subsequently I have cancelled my subscription, as I have no confidence it the company from a financial perspective, particularly reading the reviews that certain customers have been charged for services that they didn't sign up for.

Poor service
It's total crap, I got the trial subscription which I paid for and within 2 hours, I got a message that I would need to wait until the reset limit resets. What's the point in playing them to you and not using Claude AI directly where I have to wait to reset the limit. I paid £1.00 which is nothing but it's really bad, it's not that I was over using. Really unhappy with your service, actually crap. I cancelled though I feel that I should not paid for this service which I could get it anyway for free. Sent them email with no response.

Lot's of features and easy to use. It gives great prompts and information when building your project. It's clear about what it can and can't do prior to building. The cost is very reasonable.
